I am the only natural born female werewolf ever in history I am a miracle that could never exist, and to top it off im the leader of my own pack of boys and we own this area, just as my parents did, but sometimes I wish I wasnt Alpha, wish I wasnt here. Its my duty to stay and I will...even if it breaks my heart... ''Hey Alpha, you gotta get up we have school to day'' Jeremy gently shook my arm to wake me up, ''im awake Jeremy, thank you" he turned to leave "hey, I've said before im not Alpha, im Red. You're my second but always my friend. You dont need to address me so formally'' I half smiled at him and he returned it before nodding at me and leaving, UGH mornings created by the devil im sure of it. Slithering out of my warm comfy bed i stumbled towards my wardrobe and pulled on my black Guns and roses T-Shirt with my red skinny jeans. I dove down stairs grabbing ready made pancakes, strawberry's and anything else the boys could inhale in 30 seconds. The table nearly overflowed with food by the time I was done, ''BOY'S BREAKFAST!!!'' A stampede of feet headed down to me, CRAP. I sprinted out the way and vaulted over the couch as the boys all shoved eachother down the stairs. "Youre all deadly to eachother" I smirked jumping back over the couch to join them before they broke anything in the kitchen. Again. ''Thanks Alph......I mean Red'' Jeremy smiled at me before tucking in like every one else, despite being friends for years before this he is still so formal-like im a stranger to him. I live with my pack, and since im Alpha I have to look after all of my boys; Jeremy, Gabriel, Teddy, Alan, Charlie, Harry, Gavin, Nathan, Nick, Joey, Ron, Addison, Brayton, Terris, Elliot, Patch, Jules, Devon and Kim they can be a handful but they're my pack and I love them. Plus they all do their fair share, usually unwillingly, but they do it. Between the chewing, fighting and glugging of juice Teddy piped up ''Hey Red did you hear about that new pack running around in the forest?'' From across the table I could see his mouth filled with strawberries and cream dribbling with each word,''yes I have and apparently they are mostly young one's they will probably be in school today i'll try to talk to them during hours be peaceful. After school i'll go see their alpha tell him about us and try to make an agreement with them.'' They all nodded as they put dishes (most of which hadnt been used) away and grabbed their school bags readily lined up at the door the night before, per my request. Everyone left quietly, clear indication that they were all afraid, and who could blame them the last pack that came to town...*Shivers* The long walk to school gave the guys time to think about their day, their shoulders relaxed slowly on the walk the morning air rustled their hair visibly calming them as usual. When we finally arrived at school the new kids were just standing around looking lost, time to make a good impression. I took a deep breath and tried to calm my own nerves which had begun to develop suddenly since we entered the school gates ''hello im Red, you look lost would you like some help?'' I curled my hands into fists behind my back to try and calm myself, one of the tallest boys stood forward, his deep brown nearly black hair hung over his forehead, almost like arrows pointing to his amazingly green eyes, his slightly tanned skin made his eyes look even brighter. Surprisingly not unattractive... ''Is it that obvious were lost?'' His voice slightly broke before he smiled ''im Blake, nice to meet you," he held his hand out to shake before taking out his timetable" could you show me to G14, please Red?'' His face turned a beetroot shade as he asked me for my help, obviously an independent kid ''yes of course," I tried to sound sweeter than sugar "would any of your friends like any help im sure the boys would help them'' Blake nodded and I smiled in return. Without further requests my boys began pick off the lost guys and hunting through their schedules together. ''G14 is this way'' Blake nodded and followed me his feet heavy and echoing on the hard ground unlike mine which were completely silent despite my squeaky shoes, we made our way inside the old shabby building that passed for a school, the wall paper had been peeled back and the bared wall painted beige-or was it supposed to be white? ''Thank you for helping me and my friends'' Blake grabbed my hand shocking me, holding tighter than expected ''now tell me what pack are you from, im not stupid'' glaring down at me he held me in place his hand squishing mine he waited impatiently for my answer. Strong boy. ''I didn't think you were dumb, I was being pleasant its something people do when others require assistance. Me and my boys are always happy to help anyone human or not'' though I still looked sweet and innocent I could feel my anger boiling slightly-if that boy doesn't let go me I'll dismember him. ''Ok I get that, but what pack are you from?'' ''I do not belong to a pack, I am Alpha of my own pack," I held my head slightly higher as he looked me over "you may not believe me, but its the truth. Now, what is your pack doing here since you have come onto my territory" I raise an eyebrow at him as his jaw dropped my anger still bubbling underneath my skin ''So your the female Alpha I expected you to be more......'' did he just... ''Let me guess you expected me to be stronger, more manly, sterner, or more authoritative?'' They were the normal things that people normally said. I hate wolves when they think they know what i'll be like, thinking id be some Goddess looking thing with golden hair and the ability to lift a bus one handed "NO!" He yelled startled "I expected you to be more closed off to other wolves,'' Blake smiled at me dumbly "since your past experience..." ''What?'' Blake just shook his head at me dismissing my question. Weird. Ignoring his reference to my past I carried on walking ''G14, if you need any more help just ask me or one of my pack, Ok?'' Blake nodded at me then headed in to the class the heavy door shaking the wall as it shut. What lesson do I have today? I checked my time table, why did I take Psychology...at least im early, that's different. BLAKE'S POV: ''Now you will all be attending the school down the road. The pack that already control's this area should be going to the school also,but be warned there have been sightings of rouges do not let them fool you if you do get the scent of a wolf ensure you have the upperhand and make sure youre safe.'' My father looked around the room at all the pack ''now go on you dont want to be late'' he smiled at me before I headed out with the rest of the pack. At least hes better than usual, smiling instead of sneering. ''Hey Blake did you know that the leader of the other pack is that girl wolf?!?! I so wanna meet her I wonder if she's hot!'' Zack gripped my arm to stop from screaming, stupid boys, just because we're wolves girls find us hotter than humans, but everyone wants to know if it'll work on a natural female wolf, idiots. I could see him trying to guess her bra size his hands sliding further out from his chest until he found an acceptable size and honked the air ''Yeah I heard, and no offence Zack but you wouldn't have a chance with her anyway'' before I could even take a breath. BOOM. *Body slam* I had no chance of avoiding Zack's slam but it didnt hurt as much as I though it would of ''HEY! NO FIGHTING DO YOU WANNA LOOK LIKE HOBO'S ON YOUR FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!?? t***s'' Danny shoved both of us, he's got a point, hes always been the thinker in our pack, smart arse, we all walked through the small trail in the woods our backpacks clipped to us. Despite no one admitting it, I knew they were worried. The girls were showing it more obviously than the boys, unable to shift the girls were almost completely human-weak, feeble they were scared. Their hair was pinned perfectly and perfume radiated from them like a shell of armour. We arrived at school early which was good, since none of us knew where the hell we were supposed to be going. We stood cautiously in our group all of us lost together hoping we would magically figure out how to get to class. After we had been standing there for about 5 minutes a tall girl walked in with a group of boys, her hips swishing hypnotically. The second I saw her my heart did a back flip and my mind howled at me. Before I knew it she was walking up to me ''hello I'm Red, you look lost would you like some help?'' Her voice was like a song I never wanted to forget, my mind howled again, she sounded so old fashioned so proper I was in a daze and the only thing I could think to say was ''is it that obvious were lost?'' She laughed, I love her laugh!! Tell her your name i***t ''im Blake, nice to meet you, could you show me to G14, please Red?'' I felt my face redden as I asked for her help, realizing I was staring at her I dropped my gaze a fraction unable to completely turn away from this beautiful creature before me. ''yes of course, would any of your friends like any help im sure my boys would help them'' I nodded at her, it was the only thing I could muster. Her collection of large boys began going through timetables with my pack, they hang on her every word. ''Come on, G14 is this way'' I nodded as she led me to my lesson, her luscious hips swayed with each step, her long dark brown hair swung past her shoulders flicking out at the end red strands glittering in the morning light, 'Remember what dad said dont let the rouge's fool you!!!' s**t I forgot ''thank you for helping me and my friends'' I grabbed her hand, sending fireworks up my arm FOCUS ''now tell me what pack are you from, im not stupid'' I waited for her to answer please dont be a rouge please, please, please ''I didn't think you were dumb, I was being pleasant me and my boys are always happy to help anyone human or not'''she looked stern but still vibrant ''Ok I get that, but what pack are you from?'' I couldnt find the word, I just didnt expect her to be so perfect, what the hell am I meant to say that isn't creepy or going to make her throat punch me.? ''Let me guess you expected me to be stronger, more manly, sterner, or more authoritative?''Her tone wasnt defensive, it was more matter of factly, but there was definitely a hint of something underneath. ''NO! I expected you to be more closed off to other wolves,''I basically shouted no at her,I felt like I had said something wrong "since your past experience..," Definitely shouldnt have said that damn it. I couldnt help but smile at her. Her pale skin contrasted to her deep brown freckles that dusted her nose and cheeks, her deep gray eyes almost tearing through me, her intense gaze capturing me. She was slender but curvy, her plump red lips twitching as she took deep calming breaths, ''What?''I just shook my head trying to hide the smile ''G14,if you need any more help just ask me or one of my pack, Ok?'' I nodded at her again then entered the room immediately missing Red's company, damn girl.
