Derek’s POV The boys ran ahead of me, searching the building with their guns drawn. I held my breath, praying that they would find my daughter. But as they emerged from the building, their faces were grim. "No sign of her," one of them said, his voice hollow. I felt my heart sink, but I refused to give up. "Keep searching," I said, my voice like steel. "There has to be something here." They scoured the property, but all they found was a pile of children's clothes, stained with dirt and blood. I felt my stomach turn, and my legs threatened to give way. As we searched, I spotted a CCTV camera in the corner of the room. "Alfred, can you get the footage from that camera?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper. He nodded, his fingers flying across the keyboard of his laptop. "I've got it,"
