As I walked into Arq Tech, all eyes were on me. They didn't expect me to show up after what happened. But I put on a brave face and confidently made my way to my office.
As I walked to my office, I noticed Mia secretly looking kinda happy to see me. She greeted me with a kind face, and surprisingly, my bossy attitude melted away. I couldn't help but greet her back with a smile.
Once I settled into my office, Mia approached me with a list of recent happenings in the company. She informed me that several staff members had resigned, and we were in the process of hiring new employees. Feeling the weight of responsibility as the CEO, I decided to call for the acting manager to join me in my office.
