I replied saying no granny 6yrs old me playing not knowing my mom is already dead inside the bathroom about ten minutes later my grandma shouted my name again and still repeated the same question which my answer was no then she got suspicious and sent my uncle to come check up on my mom My uncle opening the bathroom door he saw my mom on the floor unconscious he checked if she’s breathing and confirmed that she’s dead little me not understanding what is happening around me I asked my uncle where’s my mom he said she’s in heaven with God I was so happy hearing that from him after my mom’s burial my aunts and uncles gather to have a meeting on who I will be staying with after the meeting I was I will be staying with my step aunt in the city I was so happy cos I will be finally going to the city little did I know that my nightmares are about to begin At first, ally was hopeful that living with her aunt would bring her comfort and a sense of family. However, as time went on, Rachel’s behavior towards ally became increasingly cruel and abusive. She would constantly belittle and criticize ally, making her feel worthless and unwanted. Rachel would withhold basic necessities from ally, such as food and proper clothing. She would force ally to do all the household chores, even though she was just a young girl. Rachel’s maltreatment of ally left her feeling isolated and helpless. Despite the mistreatment,ally endured and remained resilient for 8yrs. With a newfound determination, she confided in a kind neighbor, Mrs. Johnson, about her aunt’s maltreatment. Mrs. Johnson was shocked and immediately took action. Mrs. Johnson reported the abuse to the local authorities, who launched an investigation into Rachel’s actions. Ally’s story was heard, and her aunt was held accountable for her maltreatment. Ally was removed from Rachel’s care and was handed over to Mrs Johnson to care for her The first week of staying with Mrs Johnson was good until her husband came back from his travel already Mrs.Johnson already told him about ally and he was in support of it all.Ally thought Mr Johnson would be like his wife not knowing he is a beast in human form.
