*. Things in this mysterious land were far worse than she first thought. Survival will be tough; she had to learn that as fast as possible or Young Sara would never make it back to her loving parents and warm bed.*

An image flashes in her head... b****y and foaming at the mouth growling ears back. danger ! Run ! Her thoughts were screaming at her. With this little encouragement Sara used the last little bit of her energy to speed up not yet ready to give up hope. she looked around for a climbable tree locking her eyes on the target she turned and ran like never before sara twisted her body in one quick motion just enough to jump up garbing at the branch and pulling herself up as quickly as she could she climbed until she was out of reach she stopped breathing hard she tried to understand what was happening she was in shock...after some time she thought the dog would leave but no soon minutes turned into hours and hours turned into days and on the 3rd day just when she thought she couldn't do it anymore the beast left. Not risking it she waited hours till she new it was safe to leave. Her dress catching on a branch tugged her backwards causing her to plop down in a pit full of mud, happy to be out of the tree she stretched her stiffened legs. Sara knew she needed water and food and fast she thought as she began walking. She knew if she was going to make it out alive she needed all the strength she could get so she started walking soon she heard the flow of water she quickly followed the sound till she found it a stream.. Sara smiles at this small victory. All though it could be dirty she didn't care she was more than willing to take the risk , not caring she drank till she felt satisfied when she was done she sat down on a large plateau looking around she realized she needed some kind of protection remembering back to the survival book she did a school project on she grabbed a stick and sharp rock and began making a spear by the time she was finished there were blisters on both hand burning the flesh beneath dipping the into the water seemed to help though. her stomach growled hungry she decided to look for food a little after she begin looking she found some berries starving she begin eating them , all though they were a little sourer she was great-full to be eating as she was walking back to the river she started getting dizzy so she sat down her stomach started feeling tingly and the she vomited she couldn't stand straight and her vision slowly started fading away everything got blurry and it was hard to breath her chest felt like it was being weighed down she was struggling to breath trying desperately to get a full breath of air and that's when she saw a shadow she stood up feeling an icontrable urge to follow it stumbling and dizzy sara stubbled after It .
