Chapter 2

308 Words
Watching the crowd stare at me as I walked down the aisle made my heart skip a bit. I had never been this scared of dyeing my whole life. My supposed husband to be stood there watching as I walked down to the altar hand in hand with my father. I could feel my hands trembling in my father’s. I looked at the crowd, there was cami giving off an encouraging smile from the crowd. This part made me hate her the more. Standing next to the groom was someone I had never seen before, what is he doing here? Or could it be that I had missed out on this part of the story? I could swear that I had never seen him before. He just stood there in a black tuxedo with his curled raven black hair packed into a bun, some strands of hair were left lying on his forehead. His ocean blue eyes stared straight into mine as I approached the altar where he stood next to my husband to be. What’s the use even if someone unknown comes into the picture? It still ends just like the way it was all supposed to end. Just as I walked up to the altar, I heard the sound of swords clashing, an arrow flew across my head. I fell down in fear, what’s going on? My head hit the ground too hard, I felt a sharp pain and my vision was beginning to go blur, the only thing I could see was a figure in black with blood gushing out of his head. I tried to keep my eyes opened but to no avail, this isn’t how it was supposed to end, what could have gone wrong? This time I got to die early even before the story begins, who could have altered the system?
