The Alpha’s Human Bride

My name is Amanda and this my story, the story of how I died. My whole life I’ve always lived for others, doing what must be done to save my people and my family. Today is the day I got marrried and at the same time, the beginning of the mystery behind how I died. The door creeks open, a slim figure with long blonde hair and a pair of gray eyes walked in. Cami stood in front of me with that deceiving smile on her face, if any fortune teller had told me she would end up being my worst enemy I wouldn’t have believed it. I was really fooled by her supposed sisterly care. “Sis,aren’t you ready yet? The guests are waiting for your arrival” she said beaming in smiles. Getting married was the worst mistake I kept making each time, there was no way I could avert it, the more I tried the more I keep ending up in the same story. “I’ll be out soon, I just need to finish my makeup” I replied “Let me help” she said as she walked up to the dressing mirror to help me with my makeup. If I hadn’t known what her next actions would be I would have taken her for a caring person. “Don’t worry, I’ll be fine all by myself” I replied. “Why are you doing this? You refused to let the maids help you get prepared and now you’re refusing me” she said with a sad face “I’m ok on my own, I just want everything to be simple I can do this on my own trust your big sis” I replied her. “Ok If you say so, I’ll tell the musicians to keep entertaining the guests until you’re ready to come out ok” she finally says with a smile before she left. I gave her a nod followed with a fake smile which I was certain she didn’t noticed. If this is how my fate was always going to end then there’s nothing I can do about it but to play along every single time.
