Chapter 8

Crimson moon pack,

Third person pov,

Ronan was in his office, going through his files when his beta approached him.

“ What is the problem Gabriel?” Ronan asked him as he continued with what he was doing. “ You have a visitor, Alpha,” Gabriel said.

“Who is the visitor Gabriel, you know that i don't accept visitors at this hour” Ronan told him. “ It is the vampire king Alpha, he demands to meet you and he is waiting in the main hall” Gabriel said. “ You know that Adrian is not allowed here because he is a vampire, go tell him I will be there really soon.” Ronan said as he dismissed Gabriel.

Gabriel arrived at the main hall where Adrian was waiting for him. “Your majesty, my Alpha will be down soon” Gabriel said while he bowed to Adrian. “No problem Beta, i am good at waiting” Adrian said as he flashed Gabriel an annoying smile.

A few minutes later, Ronan came down to meet his beta and Adrian.

“Hey old friend, it has been a really long time since we last met.” Adrian said as he shaked Ronan. “Yes Adrian and you still haven't changed. To what do I owe this visit Adrian, we might be friends but you're not allowed in my pack, I believe you are aware of that.” Ronan said, looking fiercely at Adrian. “Can you just chill a little bit, I won't cause any harm I promise. “ Adrian said as he flashed Ronan a sweet smile. Ronan scoffed at him then the both sat down.

“I came to ask you about the land you once told me that you weren't in need of. I wanted to know if some of my clan members could stay there and train.” Adrian said. “In wolf territory, that is very risky, Adrian,” Ronan said.

“I can handle that Ronan, i just need the land and i can also help you with the rogues too” Adrian said. “I don't think it is possible Adrian, it is not safe. I can’t let a vampire die in my territory” Ronan said, still firm in his answer. “Just do it for past times and take it as you repaying the favour i did for you then. Ronan, I really need that space.” Adrian said in a more serious tone. Ronan knew he was serious. Adrian was never someone who was serious, he took everything as a joke. Ronan didn't still understand how he became the king of his clan.

“I will take you to see the place, and if you still need it, I have no other choice than to do it for you. But be aware, we are close friends doesn't mean my pack will be. Werewolf and Vampires have been enemies for centuries, Adrian so be careful.” Ronan said then he stood up and ordered his beta to get two pack warriors and the cars ready so they would start going immediately. Gabriel bowed then left the two kings alone.

Blood moon pack,

Third person pov;

A pack guard secretly came to Sophia's suite to deliver a message to her. While Sophia and her best friend were having lunch.

“ My Luna” the guard bowed down to both of them. “Any problem?” Sophia asked him. “Yes my Luna, I have news concerning what you told me,” the guard said. Sophia dropped her meal then she ordered her maids to leave, leaving only her, extra and the guard in the room.

“So what news do you bring?” Sophia asked, “Alpha has ordered Dan and his men in search of your sister Luna, and he said that you shouldn't be aware of it.” the guard said

“Have they found out if she is alive or not?” Sophia asked the guard. “No Luna,he said whether dead or alive, that he should bring her back to him.” the guard said. Sophia looked at Elara then back at the guard that came to deliver the news. “I want you to follow Dan and his men secretly, go with your most trusted allies. If eventually she is alive, I want you and your men to kill Dan and his men and also kill Amelia too. Hope you understand?” Sophia asked the guard.

“Yes my Luna, I will do just that,” he replied.

“I need clean work, and you must not allow yourself to be suspected, do you understand?” Sophia asked him, “ Yes my Luna, I understand you.” the guard said. Sophia dismissed him and sat back on her chair.

“So Theodore hasn't gotten over your sister yet Sophia?” Elara asked her.

“That b***h, I don't know what he sees in that worthless she wolf, but I will make sure she never steps her foot in this pack,” Sophia said. Elara then held out her hand and looked at her “You're not alone in this sophia, I am fully in support of whatever you want to do Sophia.” Elara said as she hugged her.

“Thank you so much ely,i don't know what I would have done without your advice.” Sophia said as the both hugged themselves.

Elara left the Blood Moon pack and went to her master’s place.

“And what brings you back here princess,are you done with what your mission?” her master asked her as he walked towards her then he gently stroked her arms, then he pulled her by her waist towards his body before engaging her in a heated kiss. When he released her, she tried catching her breath before replying to him.

“No master, I just needed to breathe from that foolish girl,” Elara said.

“I discovered something, Elara, and I need you to go find out what it is. I sent a few of my boys to the forest yesterday but none of them came back alive. The only one who survived because he didn’t follow in the battle is still in shock. So I need you to go and investigate what killed them” her master said.

“I will do just that, master. Alpha Theodore has sent out men in search of Amelia, but Sophia doesn't want her back so she sent out her men to follow them and kill them all.” Elara said.

“That Luna is really helping me out in my plan, I think I will reward her after we take over the Blood Moon pack.” her master said, smiling at Elara. Elara nodded back at him then she excused herself and went to complete his order.

Amelia’s pov

After Valera helped heal Alys wound, she barely showed herself. She just talked when it was needed and went back. I still couldn't believe that I am a hybrid. Alys has been talking non stop urging valera to talk and it has really been annoying.

“Enough with the talking Alys, you're giving me a headache” I told her.

“Then tell this vampire of yours to talk to us Amelia, she hasn't explained a thing to us and it is frustrating” Alys said. I know that she is right, but maybe she will talk to us when she is ready.

“She will explain to us when she is ready Alys, just let her be. If you keep pushing on like this, you won’t even get an answer from her." I told Alys. Finally she kept quiet although she was angry.

“So Valera, can you explain to us how I am a hybrid?” I asked her calmly. “Well because you are half werewolf and vampire” she replied. “I know that Lera but how, my parents weren't vampires” I said as I tried to explain my confusion to her.

“Your dad was a vampire Amelia, he didn't tell your mom because he knew you will be in danger so he hid his instincts and blended with your mom’s kind as a human.” Valera said .

I just couldn't understand how a lot has happened between a span of few months. Me leaving my pack and finding out i am a hybrid. I don't know what other surprise the moon goddess has for me. I thought to myself as i laid down feeling really tired.
