My Destiny is of a different time

Chapter One

I felt the breeze brush against my face as it went by it felt so smooth all I wanted to do was just say there forever, I felt as though I was floating I felt so calm, it was a bright the sun was shining I could hear the sounds of birds chirping, I could see butterflies flying over flowers that just bloomed in all their glory the colors bursting with the life I could hear the rustling of leaves as the wind blew the branches of trees I felt at peace, complete with myself I didn't want it to end but as I started to get comfortable with the scenery and the feeling of the lightness as I was floating above the darkness of the trees flooded my light it spread grasping everything in its path once was the sound of birds and the beautiful sound of the rustling of leaves was now replaced with the sound of metal against metal, I heard the war cries of warriors as they fought, I heard their screams as they were in agony, the view before me was horrific I wanted to turn away so I wouldn't have to look but I was stuck in place forced to see all the death and destruction unfold before me.

I wake up with a start I was sweating my breathing was going rapidly as I struggled to calm, as I calmed down I realized it was only a dream. 'Calm down Elizabeth calm down it was just a dream and dreams can't hurt you so you got nothing to worry about 'as I spoke to myself trying to calm myself down I then turned to look at my bedside and I saw the time it was 6:30 I was gonna be late for school and it was a Monday, yeah my favorite thing to do is to go to school, note my sarcasm oh well there is nothing I can do about it so better get it over with. I ran downstairs into the kitchen and fixed myself some cereal after I'd finished and and put my plate in the basin and sprinted up stairs back up to my room and brushed my teeth and did my hair up in a messy bun then I entered closet and looked at my clothes I picked out some black jeans my star wars shirt , grabbed my leather jacket put on some army boots and finally done, ya I know what your thinking weird combination but hey I looked good like really good, the black really make my features stand out more I have dark brown hair that reach my hips once its down ,I have brown eyes , I have long eyelashes and rosy lips, I've got a tanned skin I don't even try to get a sun tan it's just natural it's not a bad tan it's a nice tan if you could say it like that but it is it's a good tan it  suits me perfectly, as for my height you could say I am about 5.9 in height, I'm slim but that is mainly  due to how much exercise I have to do and I've got a good amount of curves not too drastic but not making me look like a twig, in my opinion I am a bit attractive but I don't really care how I look I'm very confident in my body.

Once I've gotten ready I ran downstairs with my backpack and yes it has got my favorite thing in the world, the Star Wars logo on it, yes I'm a geek anyway but nothing's wrong with that. I went into the garage and climbed into my car it's a Jeep and my favorite kind is so big and powerful and I know most people that are rich will have those big fancy sports cars but not me like come on stop being ordinary and try something big, the jeep is black and it is my favorite color well after purple and pink and red look it's black after that and those are my favorites.

I drove out of my driveway and started the journey to school it's about 10 minutes drive to school my high school and turn in to park as I park and get out of my car I am attacked by my friend Ashley as she engulfs me into a big hug as she always does and it makes me laugh every single time.

"Morning Liz, you almost late two minutes till school starts, did you forget to put on your alarm again?" I laughed "hello Ashley no I had my alarm on it just had a bad dream again" Ashley's face changed from excitement to worry I have been having the same dream for over a month now and they just keep coming back lucky for me not every night or I would never sleep."sorry man I really wouldn't do what these dreams are about well more of why you get them dreams are usually about how your mind processes events that have happen but it's so strange the way you've described them always the same calm in the beginning and then it ends in death" yeah well not much I can do about it so have you heard from Tristan" I said in a teasie manor I saw Ashley blush like a red tomato it was so funny seeing her like this she was head over heels for Justin ever since freshman year and she hasn't warned try to ask him out cuz she's so scared I've told her millions of times to just ask him out but no, she needs to stop being such a chicken, I love that thought Ashley the chicken that should be her new nickname man why don't I come up with that a few years ago well I've got half a year until I finish high schools so I can use it a lot till then oh this I going to be so much fun. The bell rings interrupted my thoughts time for class my first lesson where so boring I had Spanish which I know already I am more fluent in Spanish than my actual teacher so it's basically a waste of my time I get the highest marks so all I did was just stare out the window and looked over the field and onto the woods that was next to the school, once the lesson was over it was maths then history which isn't so bad I actually like it, we are learning about Chinese history, we already finished the school's syllabus for the year so my teacher decided to do something different which is fun Chinese history is interesting but the one thing I hate the most is how women are discriminated and seen as less, well I guess that is with all history in our world women not really appreciated for how strong we really are but boy they'll realize later on in the centuries to come after their time how wrong they were.

Lunchtime I'm going to the cafeteria with Ashlyn and we going to sleep tell me I grow up apple salad a protein bar I have to stay healthy if I want to be fighting fit which is a bit of a bummer because I really love chocolate and french fries but I can't complain me and Ashley went and sat underneath the tree outside it's nice and peaceful there we like the quiet we have other friends too but they understand that we like the peacefulness of rake are other friends are Brad, Jason, Samantha, Tyler, Shannon, and Tristan, yeah Ashley's crush is in our friendship group and she's never managed to ask him out which still eludes me.

As Ashley and I were sitting under the tree comfortably the wind starts back up rapidly and the clouds that were once snow White and fluffy turned into black ash giving off a deathly warning there will be a storm before we could really react it started to pour hard and the thunder sounded it seemed as though the sky was angry like it was commanding someone as I look at the biggest cloud in the sky I think it was just a figment of my imagination but I saw face it was like it staring at me looking into my soul it seemed as if it wanted to tell me something but I was ripped out of my trance-like state for Ashley pulled me inside out of the rain.
