A terrible mistake.
I heard Olivia's description of me.
The cold wall of the glass pressed against my fingertips, almost cracking under my grip.
I drained the wine in the glass and felt the rich liquor spread through my mouth.
But it still could not wash away the gloom in my heart.
Those few words echoed in my mind for a long time.
She had not even spared me anger. There was only indifference left.
And yet that indifference hurt me more than any roar ever could.
