I woke up to a loud bang coming from the hallway and Rory was nowhere in sight. I heard voices from the hallway. It was Rory and Cane. Even though I wasn't close to Rory, I could feel his anger. Something was wrong. I rubbed my belly. “It's OK little pup daddy's just talking to your uncle. Canes a mean man and hurt mommy in the past. Daddy doesn't like him. It will be OK.”
Rory came back into the room. “Who was that daddy?”I asked who it was, knowing well and well who it was. I pretend to be all sweet and innocent.
“Just your damn brother. I have a feeling he is up to something.” He said, mad with his jaw and his fists clenched.
Something about seeing him like that turned me on. “Come her daddy. Don't let him get to you.” I reached out my arms and gestured for him to come to me.`
