Valen dragged me into another room. It was much nicer than the one I was in. This one was way more fancy and elegant. Then it suddenly hit me. This was his room. My eyes widened and my jaw dropped. “Why have you brought me here?”
A devilish smile appeared on his face. “ I want to know what all the fuss is about. What makes you so special and the destroyer of my people.” He was walking closer to me as he spoke. When he was finished, he was close enough for me to smell his foul breath.
