Nyx: We arrived at the Yule festival. It was cold outside and it started to snow. The little town of Creole was being lightly dusted. It looked like a Christian Christmas card. Every door of the town had a pine wreath decorated with holly, pine cones and various red and green ribbons. A huge fire was in the center of the square and the garland went from light pole to light pole. There was a petting zoo for the kids. The pond was now an ice skating rink trimmed with twinkling lights. Rory walked over to one of the stands lining the streets and got us hot chocolate. As we sipped our hot chocolate, we walked around the square. I was enjoying watching everyone and seeing all their smiling faces. It was blatantly obvious Rory wanted to tell everyone the news. I did too. It was time to light
