Chapter Four Confusion I stared at them for a long while. They were making out as if they couldn’t get enough of each other. Someone shouted for them to get a room. This didn’t make any sense. I finally looked away, afraid that another fae might notice me staring. It was a pretty thick crowd; people were trying to get past me to order a drink at the bar. The atmosphere here was suffocating. I downed a shot, hoping it would make me feel better, but it didn’t. Frederick talked to the girl for a bit, and then she dragged him away. She seemed very excited about having him here. I decided to follow them. They vanished through a tiny entrance to the loo, next to the bar.
