Torn Between Two Alpha’s

Neither one told them the truth about being mates and that’s why they both were so hurt.

Xavier turned 18 year last which means he knew,the whole time he was sleeping with her.

That’s why he almost marked her as his and his Luna.

Avery’s head was spinning and swimming with thoughts before she snapped her head towards him.

“If you’re here to do what you have to do then just do it already Xavier.”She snapped staring at him as he looked confused before slowly stepping towards her.

“Do not come any closer!”She snapped as she felt the bond reeling her in wanting to get closer to him.

“If you’re here to reject me Xavier! Do it now! I heard you and Clinton in your office. I came out here to relax feeling sorry for you but yet you lied to me. You knew I was your mate and didn’t say anything!”She snapped growling a little at him as his eyes flashed with guilt.

“Asshole!”Sapphire chimed in and sent it through to him.

His face contorted in pain as I heard something in my head.

“Avery please! Baby this isn’t what I want.”He said through gritted teeth in pain.

He hadn’t even rejected me yet and was in a tremendous amount of pain.

Before she could respond she smelled something off in the distance again.

There were tree’s moving and leaves rustling as we both looked off into the woods as the noise kept moving.

I was smelling citrus and rain but she didn’t know how she was able to smell another scent if her fated mates was right here in front of her.

A tree fell down before the wolf came to our vision.

It was another black wolf but this one had purple eyes like hers and she Gasped as they shifted.

He was tall,built,had olive-skin,dark long curls cascaded down to his shoulders and a bun tucked in a the top of his refined curly hair.

His jaw looked liked they were shaped by the gods,his face was beautiful. His ocean blue eyes landed on her as he smirked at her.

“Like what you see Princess?”He asked smirking still naked as a heat rose to her cheeks.

She heard a growl beside her as Xavier stood in front of her blocking her vision now.

Sapphire whimpered feeling his touch and her skin burned feeling his touch from the mate bond as electricity flew through her body making it hard to breathe.

All the hairs on her arm began to stand up in excitement.

“Onyx why are you here?”I heard Xavier ask as he scanned the man from head to toe.

The man known as Onyx smirked at him before throwing on a pair of jeans,still showing off his 6-pax as his muscles glistened under the sun.

“What do you mean? I’m here to claim my mate.”Onyx replied as if it was the most obvious thing in the world smirking at Xavier.

Xavier’s eyes cut at Onyx as if they would kill him.

“And who might that be?”Xavier asked through gritted teeth.

"The woman behind you,I came to get her and we'll be on our way."He replied smiling as he been walking towards them.

"Besides from what I heard,she's hurt and you were going to reject her any way."He finished stopping in front of Xavier who growled loudly at him.

"What?,How?"Xavier asked confused as Onyx gave him a smile and raised an eyebrow.

"Sometimes when one's wolf is deeply hurt and knows there mate it going to reject them,they go into there second shell to lower the blow for the person and try to find the second chance mate as quick as possible."Onyx replied tilting his head turning it trying to see behind Xavier's back as he let out a warning growl.

"She can smell me already,she can smell both of us Xavier."Onyx said gently this time realizing it was fragile for the poor girl.

Xavier turned to face Avery as she looked so confused biting her lip between the two men.

"How many scents can you smell baby?"Xavier asked as she glared at him a little bit.

How dare he call her that after the pain he was about to bring.

She was already in agony the moment the bond split she would be destroyed.

"Two scents,yours and his. It's overwhelming,can you both step back."Avery asked trying to breath for a minute to grasp her head around this situation.

Sapphire hid herself down and called to find her second mate.

Apparently she didn't know what else to do to protect Avery but the unthinkable at this point.

"I didn't know we as wolves could do this."Avery whispered holding her head.

"We can't Avery,only you can."Onyx replied as both Avery and Xavier snapped their head in his direction.

"You're special and so is your wolf but you'll know in due time."Onyx said moving a little closer causing Xavier to growl at him again.

"Well too bad you're not going to take her,I'm not going to reject her and I'm definitely not going to let you take her. This is enough for one night don't you think. You need to leave now!"Xavier said in his Alpha tone and Onyx glared at him.

"Fine but I will be back to get the girl!"Onyx replied through gritted teeth before turning back into his wolf and dashing through the trees.

Xavier ran his hand through his hair and huffed out a breath angrily before turning towards Avery.

"Avery the one I was talking about in the office that could hurt you,it's him."Xavier said as Avery blinked in confusion at him.

"Excuse me?"She asked more confused as Xavier stared at her with an expression she couldn't read.

"You will never become his Luna,I'm not going to reject you. I was going to,to protect you but now I'll be damned if he thinks he's ever putting his f*****g hands on what's mine."Xavier growled as anger flowed through his veins.

Avery felt the bond grow stronger with his anger.

"I'm not yours and I don't know if I would even accept you now."Avery said averting her eyes towards the ground.

Her Chest began to hurt and her heart felt heavy.

She looked up to see a sad broken man in front of her.

She clutched her chest for a minute feeling the bond and his pain. He was in it deeply. She heard Sapphire whimper in pain and she knew Xavier's wolf wasn't far behind.

"I'm sorry"She said before turning from him and making her way in to the pack house.
