Avery sighed tired as her feet hurt and grimaced at the pack house came into view.

She saw the black jeep parked outside an scoffed to herself annoyed.

As she opened the door she heard shouting but that’s not what made her eyes widened as she looked around the living room.

She blinked confused,the couch was half-way through the window in the living room. The chandelier had fallen off the ceiling into a million pieces. The tv was launched across the room smashed against the wall.

Everything was tossed off the shelves as if someone threw the whole book shelf.

Avery ran up the stairs to hear arguing,growing louder as she approached Xavier’s office.

She covered her eyes and kept walking,her wolf got stronger today and so was her hearing so she was pissed but incredibly worried.

She stopped right outside the door and pushed it open to reveal Xavier and the man from the other night Arguing letting off there Alpha aura.

Clinton standing in the middle of them looking piss off,his eyes softened when he saw her.

“No fighting in front of A.”Clinton said gently as everything stopped as if that comment calmed everyone down inside the room.

She roomed her hands from her ears and looked back and forth at them.

“What the f**k Clinton,You said Avery was already here. You-Clinton cut him off.

“Xavier,now is not the time.”Clinton finished as Xavier glared at him.

Onyx chuckled darkly and turned to look at her.

“Yes you’re doing such a great job at protecting our mate! She should be with me,not you!”he continued glaring at Xavier.

I sighed to myself,when were they going to give up.

“Avery you thought they were going to give up,both theirs wolf’s want you bad.”A voice from inside her head chimed in.

“Sapphire you called on my second mate,now you’re upset they’re fighting over us.”I asked astounded rolling my eyes at her.

“I didn’t think it would be this much of a fight to be honest. We already heard Xavier words and I wanted to protect from him at the time.”Sapphire said back grumbling annoyed now.

I rolled my eyes turning my attention back to the two idiots in the room.

“Why are you two jerks fighting and it better not be about me!?”Avery said rolling her eyes.

“He seems to think you’re going back with him to his pack Avery and it’s not happening!”Xavier exclaimed through his teeth.

Avery huffed out a breath and turned to Onyx and stared at him.

He was smiling gently at her as he walked slowly towards her with a boutique of flowers in his hand.

“Hey Avery,you look beautiful.”He said handing them to her as she accepted and blushed looking down.

They heard a growl from across the room and looked to see Xavier glaring at them.

“Shut it. I can accept flowers,he is also my mate and you need to cut it out. It’s supposed to be a special day for me but you’re not gonna keep ruining it X.”Avery snapped as Xavier’s face softened.

“I’m sorry.”Xavier replied frowning lightly at her.

“Thank you?”Avery asked urging him to tell her his last name.

“Onyx Milton at your service my lady.”Onyx said smiling giving a small salute.

Avery chuckled and looked back up at him scanning his handsome features.

Chiseled jaw lines,deep brown eyes,messy long hair typed up in a bun.

He was indeed handsome also and her wolf stirred.

Damn this was going to be hard.

“Stop fighting and clean up the living room boys,I have to get ready for prom before my date gets here.”Avery said as she looked up around the room.

“Date?”Xavier and Onyx said at the same time.

“Yes my date,he’ll be picking me up at 8 and you two do not interfere.”Avery said rolling her eyes at both of them growled.

A doorbell rung at the door as Avery turned to get it making her way downstairs.

All the men followed closely behind curious now.

Avery opened the door to see a man in mid-40’s in a suit and tie holding two boxes in his hands.

“Who are you?”Avery asked curiously and he smiled at her handing over the box into her arms.

“I’m the Calloway’s driver Mr.Noah asked me to drop this off to you for the evening my lady.”He said as he bowed and tipped his hat to her before turning to leave.

“What is it A?”Clinton asked as he walked up to her. Avery shook her head before closing the door and walking into the kitchen.

She sat the box down on the counter and heard someone come up from behind and grab it from her.

She turned to see Xavier and glared at him snatching the box back.

“What if it’s something in there to hurt you?”Xavier asked cautiously and Avery turned towards him and rolled her eyes.

“Okay well can you open it then to check for me since you’re paranoid.”Avery asked raising an eyebrow and Xavier looked at her without saying nothing before putting it on the counter.

Xavier stared at the box and carefully opened it revealing a purple dress and silver heels,along with a beautiful silver necklace and silver dangling earrings.

“Omg this is gorgeous.”Avery took the box from Xavier grinning widely.

“I have to text him and tell him thank you.”Avery said out loud as Clinton smiled at her.

Xavier glared at her and grabbed her phone.

“No thanking other men beside your mate for gifts,besides he shouldn’t be sending a girl gifts anyway who has a mate.”Xavier exclaimed holding her phone above his head as She tried to reach for it glaring at him.

“She has two mates.”Onyx reminded as he watched the whole thing in amusement but his heart pang with an ache.

“Was this how jealousy felt.”He thought to himself rubbing the back of his neck as Xavier didn’t even pay him attention.

Onyx looked at both of them arguing and didn’t like how close Xavier was to Avery and suddenly walked over and swiftly put an arm around her waist from behind and slid her back to the other side of him.

“Stop being jealous and let Avery go,she has chosen either of us and she does her own free will. I feel the jealousy too and the hurt but we can’t take away her own free will.”Onyx said with arm still wrapped around her and her scent intoxicating him fully now.

Xavier glared at him,then his arm on her and push Onyx further away from her.

“It’s just Noah Calloway,he’s my friend,he sent those.”Avery chimed in quietly as she watched Clinton and Onyx’s face relax.

Xavier still with a glare on his face as everyone looked at him confused now.

“Idc who it is,Avery you’re mine. Idc about whoever his face is.”Xavier replied frowning and Clinton and Onyx’s eyes widen before they bust out laughing at him.

“What the hell are you guys laughing at?”Xavier asked confused as he looked around at everyone.

“Noah Calloway is Gay Xavier.”Clinton said as him and Onyx shared a look cracking up and shaking there head.

Xavier’s face flashed with embarrassment as he mumbled “I knew that” under his breath.

Avery rolled her eyes and Onyx just smiled gently at her,and she felt a part of her heart jump.

“He’s handsome Avery.”Sapphire commented and a thought occurred to her before turning back to Xavier.

“Oh yeah and Noah thinks you’re hot Xavier,just think I should pass on the message.”Avery said as Onyx and Clinton’s eyes got wide again and busted out laughing.

Xavier’s eyes widen as he shook his head before looking Avery in the eye.

“Have fun at the dance Avery,I’ll see you there later.”Xavier said slowly walking away from them back into his office leaving the two boys there laughing at his expense.
