I was reincarnated in an RPG world! (English version)

In a hospital room can hear the sound of a heartbeat machine. In bed, covered in white sheets, an old man with long gray hair tied into a ponytail, a beautifully mustache Van Dyke, brown eyes with thick eyebrows, tan skin, dressed in a white robe that was a little open in his chest, tal and skinny  to the point where you could see the ribs of his chest, eyes tired of someone who hasn't slept in days and despite everything he had a pretty face. He was sitting looking out the window watching a landscape that he couldn't see properly due to the sunlight that was beating down. Man- I lived a good life…I grew up solderable with good parents who cared and made the man I am today, I went through many adventures as a child, heartthrob and rogue during my adolescence, a great man as an adult and a respected and feared man during my old age. I found love…(smiles) more than once…I got married and had children that I raised well and who take care of me in my last moments. Not my whole life has been happy…but  would be the joke of life if it was all happiness.  The old man looks at a bottle of wine that was in the middle of his sheets next to a letter saying "May you get it back quickly so you can play with me again, love your granddaughter Maria" The man smiles and takes a plastic cup of water from his dresser and throws the water on the floor, wipes the plastic cup with the sheet and opens the wine bottle with his teeth, sniffs the wine, pours the wine in the plastic cup without filling it too much, puts the bottle on the dresser. With his hand, he slowly moves the plastic cup as if the wine had been in a refined glass cup and lifts the cup into the air. Man Viva la vida! The man drinks the wine and when it's over he makes a smack with his mouth. Man- Good wine. He puts down the glass and puts his head on the pillows, closes his eyes and feels his chest heavy with the machine's piss, getting more space between them. Man- (thought) The time has come…. The man feels more and more his chest heavy and some pain until suddenly everything goes away, he doesn't feel the heaviness or pain anymore, but he doesn't have the strength to fill his lungs with air and hears a continuous pi. He only sees darkness, but he doesn't feel fear, the pi sound was still heard, which would get farther and farther away, a light appears and blinds him, slowly the pi sound is replaced by a baby's cry and the man feels his lungs filling with air. ???- Congratulations, my queen, is a beautiful boy. Man-??? (the crying stops) The man's temporary blindness passes and the first thing he sees is a woman with blond hair, big blue eyes, pale skin, black maid's clothes with a black collar around her neck and pointed ears. The man was a little scared because he felt that he was being lifted by that woman. Man (thought) But what… (sees the woman's pointed ears) …An elf…wait, don't tell me…. The man looks around and sees that he is in a large room with walls and furniture well framed and decorate, the man looks at his hands seeing that they are very small. Man- (thought) I've read too many books and mangas to know what's going on here, I was reincarnated wasn't I? …wait a minute (looks down between legs) Phew looks like I reincarnated as a man, it would be weird to live in a woman's body with a man's mind. ???- Please let me hold him. Elf-(covers the baby with a white towel) Sure! let me clean it first Man- (thought) And of course I don't understand the language, because it would be too much to be reincarnated with a translator. The elf passes the baby to a woman who was in bed. ???- Hello, my little one… The woman looked young, pale skinned but a little tan than the elf, had emerald green eyes, straight black hair, a sweaty white tunic, a very tired body and mind. Man- (thought) Ohohohoho Hello beautiful dreamer! I imagine it's my new mother…(smiles p*****t) and what a beautiful mother I have…(sees the ears) she looks human…that must mean she's human…or part human you never know. The newborn reaches out and caresses the cheek of the woman who smiles at her new child. Man- (thought) There is that beautiful smile! You can tell she's a lovely woman Suddenly the bedroom door is forced open and a tall, strong man with short light brown hair, dark brown eyes, no beard, wearing leather clothes with a red cape and a golden crown on his head. King- Where is he?! Where is it?! Man- (thought) Uh…who is this? The king looks at the bed and looks directly at the newborn. King- There you are! Man-!!! The king goes towards the baby and picks him up at full speed. Man- (thought) Hi, take it easy! You're picking up a baby, you i***t. Rei- Hahahaha my son!! Man- With his enthusiasm I'll assume he's my father…(notices the crown)??! (looks around and notices the servants bow their heads in the presence of that man) mierda… please tell me I'm not your first child. The king's cloak moves as if someone has pulled it from underneath, the king looks down and smiles he drops to his knees and stretches out hands holding the baby forward showing two children. One was a boy who appeared to be a mini version of the king, the second was a girl with light brown hair and green eyes. King- Meet your new little brother! Man- (thought) Thank god I'm not the eldest…hey why are you guys looking at me like that? The children looked at the baby, half-blush and with the expression of someone who has won a new toy or a pet. Man- Hey I'm your new little brother for less look at me like I'm a human! Woman- Be careful with him…his body is fragile. Rei- Hahahahaha He's my son he won't have a fragile body. The woman slaps the king who was still kneeling on the head and makes him get up straight away. Man-Ha I like this woman! King- I'm sorry. The king returns the baby to the woman who cuddles him. Woman- Shhh, bad man it's gone. Man-(looks at the woman's face and thinks) I think we already know who my favorite father is going to be. King- By the way, what are we going to call it? Woman- Brendo. When the queen named her new son a half-transparent blue window appeared in front of the baby with an unfamiliar script. Brendo-?! This scared me…what is this window. Brendo takes a closer look at that window and the writing starts to change to writing he can read until he sees the following text: Profile Menu                                                                                      Name: Brendo von Könkrähen Xp:0/25 Level: 0 Age:0 Male Title: The Second Prince (2% bonus on combat skills and charisma) Secondary title: Memories from another life (skills will be modified)  HP: 25 Magic:0 Stamina:5 Brendo- ?? Profile?...my profile? The window closes. Brendo-…ok…I'm in a video game…I honestly don't know what to think. The queen begins to open and close her eyes in tiredness. Woman- Love, I feel a little tired... King- Don't say anything else…all out, let the queen and the baby rest, come children your mother needs a nap. All leave with the king last. King- Anything calls. The King blows the kiss with his hand and leaves the room closing the door and the Queen lets out a sigh of relief and looks at her son Queen- Finally a little peace is not my little one. The queen puts the baby down beside her, covers her and falls asleep beside him. Brendo-(thinking) Has she fallen asleep? (smiles) poor thing (flips her hair that was in front of her eyes) good job and rest well miss…now what was that profile. Brendo tries to get up to sit up, but he doesn't have enough strength in his spine to do so. Brendo-(thinking) Well, newborn…(stares at the ceiling)…now how do I open the profile? As soon as Brendo has thought of the word profile, the window opens again. Brendo-(thinking) Ok it's that simple... So my name is Brendo...it will take me a while to get used to the name...xp and lvl…ok i´m  in a game... looks like this world has magic and mine is 0…interesting it seems that my mind will be busy trying to figure out how this works… but what intrigues me the most at the moment are these titles…as I suspected I am the son of a king or some kind of ruler…but my second title is that draws attention and these titles give me bonus skills…I wonder if…open skills menu. A window opens next to the profile saying skills menu saying: Skills menu. Body: Mind: Combat: Magic: Day by day:    Brendo-(thinking) Oh it worked…thank good thing I have a passion for Vidio games. Thank you Maria my angel for bringing me to the nerd/otaku world…I imagine that each category represents different skills…let's see…open body skills menu. Nothing happens. Brendo-(thinking) Okay, maybe it's not that simple…maybe manually… Brendo reaches out and with his little finger selects body. The skills menu window closes and opens another window saying Body with various skills linked to the body such as "fitness", "strength", "speed" and much more. Brendo- (thought) Okay a lot (releases a yawn) and I'm too tired to see this in detail…close menus. All windows close. Brendo-(thinking) So when everything was finished I reincarnated as a prince of some kingdom where there are menus like a video game…I'm glad I read mangas and books on this subject…of course I didn't think I was going to use this knowledge in a real situation…now i think about it… if so far this world works like a game perhaps can have…open options menu. A window saying options opens, however, there is only one thing written "Random skill distribution on" Brendo-(thought) ?? What does that mean! When Brendo thinks about it, a small text appears underneath saying: "When this option has turned on, all skill points gained will be distributed automatically and randomly" Brendo-(thinking) What? Why would anyone want that...turn off random skill distribution" Nothing happens. Brendo-(thought) Note to myself, figure out what I can mentally do on the menu and what has to be manual. Brendo reaches out and clicks on A window pops up saying “You are going to turn off the random distribution system. Are you sure? Yes/No" Brendo-(thinking) Yes I am sure. (click yes) Another window pops up saying:” Random skill distribution turned off; administrators notice your action; the administrators are keeping an eye on you.” Brendo-Wait what? end of chapter
