Chloe did not wake up until around 11:30 am the following morning when she got up from bed disoriented for a few seconds before she remembered where she was. She wandered into the living room to find that Ethan was not around. This was not a surprise since she had slept for so long.
The first thing that she noticed as soon as she got into the living room was that all the pictures of the blond lady that she had seen last night were gone. Not a single one of them remained, even the ones that Ethan had taken with her.
“Hmm, why did he do that?” Chloe wondered, but oddly, she felt better not seeing the pictures. She really wanted to know who this girl was but knew that it was none of her business so she wandered into the kitchen in search of what to eat.
