This morning they approved Derrick's request for the inpatient program on the condition that he still has to be an outpatient for another 60 days after he comes out. He also has to continue his counseling to maintain what they do for him while he is there.
He had already planned on continuing the counseling, so that wouldn't be an issue. Just keeping him well and out of trouble is what's important right now.
