Derrick is now at Horizons, and as strange as it sounds, I miss him and his mood swings. When Cheyenne is asleep, the house is quiet, and it makes me long for the sound of his voice. It also makes me miss Charlie, and right now, I wish they were both here with me.
The test results came in for the paternity of Heidi's baby. He is definitely Derrick's son, and once he is born, he will come to live with us. We will then go through the adoption proceedings to make me officially his mother. The only catch is money. Heidi wants a large sum to sign away her rights.
