Michael has taken over, barking orders at everyone. I let him. He said that what I did to him was okay. That I was right to be angry. That it was no big deal. But it is a big deal. I hurt someone. I hurt him in anger. It would have been worse if he didn't snap me out of it. I didn’t even realize what I was doing. That’s the scary part. After I stopped yelling, I dropped to me knees riddled with guilt at my actions. Michael picked me up and carried me through the halls, until he set me down on a bed. I didn’t recognize where I was. It wasn’t back at the place I claimed sanctuary. This place seemed brighter …. older. It has an ancient feel to it. Michael asks me a few questions, but I let them wash over me. I don’t care anymore.
