Nick's POV

"Mate!" my wolf Zayn exclaimed in my head. She is the girl who always sits by herself. I won't confront her yet, she doesn't appear to feel the pull of the mate bond just yet. I wonder why she's always got a hoodie and stuff on like she's hiding from the world. I will find out more about her.

Kylah's POV

As I am walking to my first class of the day, I feel the most intense gaze on my back. I turned to look for what it was and saw Nick, the alpha son of the neighboring pack Silver Moon. "Why is he staring at me so hard?" I found myself wondering to myself. I shrugged it off and walked into my class.

Nick's POV

I know her first name is Kylah, but what is her last name? I wondered to myself, "I believe it's Michaels?" Zayn, my wolf, stated with uncertainty. Michaels Michaels Michaels... I know that name, but from where? Oh, her father must be Johnathon Michaels, the Alpha of Harvest Moon, the biggest pack here! Zayn is pacing back and forth in my head saying, "We have to get to know our mate, Nick." "I know, but we have to take this slow, I can tell she's easily frightened," I replied. I know this already. I love her already, and want to get to know her. I will figure something out.
