Matty’s eleven now and he has a Death List. Nine people are on the list from his school. People he loathes. Teachers who are assholes. Classmates he wants to murder. The principal. The cafeteria worker. Ninepeople in all.
How long has he worked on the list: two years. No, a year. No, six months. Since summertime. August. Which means he’s been working on the list for a month. Thirty days. Yes, thirty days.
Eleven f*****g years old and he wants to kill nine people. Murder in his school. Murder on the playground. Murder at the bus stop. Murder at the corner, down from his house. Murder at the convenience store where he buys a Pepsi.
