I screamed in pain as I placed my hand on my head, blood oozing out of it. I closed my eyes as tears streamed down my cheeks. I tried to get up, but then I was already badly injured. I gasped in pain as I tried to get up, but then, this time, it was worse as a branch ended up falling on my stomach, and I gasped in pain. I held on to my stomach as I stared at the torch that had now gone off. I swallowed. Was I to call for help? It was already nighttime, and as such, that wasn’t a good idea.
