"Alex didn't go back to her room as she usually did, instead she went to the back of the mansion where the pool was to cool off.
"I need to get him off my mind permanently!", she fumed, clenching her fists. She was so much pained at this point. She didn't know if her anger towards Piers was justified or not but at this point she didn't care.
"I should probably sit down here to calm my nerves", she said to herself. There were many chairs at the pool side and she sat under one having a shade.
"Who do I share my hurt and thoughts with?", she thought in frustration.
"I don't want to bother Maria with this. She had helped me out earlier", she reasoned.
"I'll have to call Julianna on the phone. I haven't spoken with her in days since I arrived here", she remembered. Her spirit was uplifted
