CHAPTER 17The End of Jon Kirk’s Transmission
Suddenly the vision of Jon Kirk—where his image had been sitting before me in my living room back on Earth telling me his strange story—began to slowly fade out. One moment Jon Kirk was there, the next minute he was gone!
“What happened? Jon Kirk, where are you?” I shouted.
I found myself suddenly alone.
What had happened? I was shocked and did not know what to make of this strange turn of events. Then, just as suddenly as he had disappeared, Jon Kirk mysteriously reappeared.
“You are back!” I shouted greatly relieved. He was there with me once again as before, standing in front of me now, in the living room of my house back on Earth.
