A LOVE GAME:-DO OR DIE

In the luxurious building of Vander Corp,Mr Ryan is seated in his office eyes fixed on the documents on his desk,his assistant Elliot comes in,he informs him of the meeting he would be having at "Crest Point".Mr Ryan looks sharply at Elliot as he stands up to get going.He leaves the office,It was quite obvious he is about to exit the building as whispers surrounds him,the whole building is dead silent,as he walks by, his presence alone carries an unexplainable aura.He exit the building entering his BMW 7 SERIES. Rosette Monroe enters Crest Point building like the diva she is.Her movement precise.She walks like a model on a runway making her way to Crest Hall,everyone who saw her got out of her way.She was about to enter the conference hall when she felt her body against a huge body,she looked up to see Kai Ashford,she apologises for hitting him,Kai smiles sweetly at her,they both get settled in the conference room.Crest Point Annual bidding was the talk of the town,various companies,new,standing,strong and powerful companies attends the meeting annually,Vander Corp is known to always winning the bidding. The Everret Family organises this yearly event.Mr Everret climbs the Podium,standing tall and filled with authority,the meeting had just begun when the doors opened,the tension in the room turned cold and behind its no one other than Ryan Vander,the president of Vander Corp.All eyes turned to him as he enters.Mr Everret calls back every one attention but Miss Rosette mind is still lost in that moment. Mr Everret laid out how this year's bidding would be,the room is quiet,after Mr Everret left the whole room erupted in noise,Mr Ryan stood up like nothing was going on,he was about leaving when a man bumped into him,Ryan's eyes turned cold,the man could nearly pee his pants.Elliot managed to calm him down,Kai called out Ryan's name,He runs towards him placing his hands around him,Ryan looks visibly uncomfortable.He removes Kai's hand from his shoulders.Rosette happens to pass by that time. Kai:- Miss Rosette! Rosette:-Mr Ashford(smiling) Kai:-drop the formalities,call me Kai. Rosette:-okay!Kai Kai:-Oh!my apologies,this is Ryan Vander,my childhood friend Rosette:-yh!who wouldn't know,the all powerful Ryan Vander Ryan:-is that a praise(in cold tune) Kai,I have other things to do.I wouldn't associate with a Monroe. (Ryan leaves the room) Rosette:-rude! Kai:-Ignore him,So Rose,are you free... Rosette:-Rose?we are not close Mr Ashford. (She leaves still frustrated from Ryan's attitude) Kai:-Damn!I thought I had a chance,guess not. Rosette is at the hallway of Crest Point receiving a call,she spots Ryan who was still in the building,she moves towards him remembering how rude he was earlier.She stands in his front as Ryan stares at her confused and doesn't understand,he tries pushing her aside but she holds his hand tightly,Elliot who was beside him was scared for Miss Rosette,Mr Ryan was shocked.Elliot try intervening but Ryan sends him on an unimportant errand. Ryan:-What do you want Miss Monroe? Rosette:-I want you to apologise for being rude Ryan:-Rude?,was I being rude? Rosette:-Yes!Mr Vander (Ryan leans in and kisses her) Rosette was so shocked,she slapped him and stomps out angry.Ryan holds his face and smirks."What does this Monroe want,always wanting to leach"Elliot comes back soon after. Elliot:-Mr Ryan are you alright your face is red,did someone slap you? Ryan:-(cold)do you have a new job? Elliot:-(scared)hum..No sir Ryan:-give me Intel on The Monroe's business. Elliot:-Yes sir! They leave the company. That man is crazy,Rosette says this.She receives a call from her mother,"Mrs Monroe" Mrs Monroe:-Hello Rose Rosette:-Mum!how are you doing? Mrs Monroe:-Am fine,honey please come home Rosette:-Is there anything wrong? Mrs Monroe:-of course not honey Rosette:-OK,you will see me soon Mrs Monroe:-ok,honey Rosette arrives at the big Villa of "The Monroe's",her family house.She enters the villa to meet her mum,Her mum leads her to the study where she meets her dad,"Mr Monroe".He asks her to sit as her mother leaves them to discuss. Mr Monroe:-Rosette sit(he says this in a stern voice) Rosette:-(she sits) Mr Monroe:-You attended the annual bidding meeting at Crest point right? Rosette:-Yes,Father Mr Monroe:-Good,did you meet Ryan Vander? Rosette:-Yes,Father Mr Monroe:-(He stares at her intently) did you discuss with him? Rosette:-(quickly Speaks)of course not father,you told me not interact with any "Vander",and plus that Ryan is a mad...... Mr Monroe:-(cuts in)no matter what we must win this year's bidding Rosette:-yes,definitely Father Rosette leaves the room,she holds her head thinking of what her Father said,her mum pulls her out of her thoughts. Mrs Monroe:-Rose,you should understand how competitive your Father is with the Vander's Rosette:-Yes mum, I do but...... Mrs Monroe:-(she cuts in)no buts,relax Rose everything would be fine. Rosette:-yes Mum Rosette soon leaves for her room,she takes a warm shower,laying on her bed as she drifts to sleep.
