Will you be my roommate?

Finding a roommate was easy I just had to ask my childhood friend s***h best friend forever, Rowan.
Rowan is a red-haired freckled boy and is a big fan of Harry Potter, especially Ron Weasley.
“Hey, Rowan! How are you today?” I asked nonchalantly,
“You know just regular stuff, getting detention, and hear this, I blew up the headmistress trophies!” He replied with a hint of pride,
“Are you thinking about moving out?” I asked trying to slow my speech,
“Well, yeah except I don’t have anywhere to go!” He replied his usual tone of enthusiasm replaced by disappointment,
“How would you feel living in a mansion with me?” I asked hearing pride in my voice,
“Since when did you have a mansion” Rowan asked bewildered,
“Since Grandma Liz died” I replied with mixed feelings,
“Fine I’ll stay!” Rowan replied gleefully,
“Yay! I’ll ring the moving truck to move all your stuff there and I’ll have to copy the key so you have one two tell the baker to bake two loves of bread and the milkman to leave two jugs of milk!”
“Calm down! I’ll be there at two in the afternoon!” After saying this he strolled away happily thinking about what Emma would say when he reveals his childhood crush!
