We slowly push bach the invader with their help, they can't really help us on physical attributes but from our actions. By signing a contract that they made for us to be connected but to sign it, we must sacrifice something on our own existing, which is a tough decision for our people considering the lack of trust and camaraderie. As for our technology, yeah it was useful in the beginning but only in the early war it was useful, after fighter and killing each other they started to research their own technology but cruder and not that impressive because they are all primordial beings who only rely on their power yet not investing to the science Years passed, our species improve in all aspects but the other side had the most improvement.
