Chapter 2

“At some point, you are going to have to talk to me Kayla,” Kyle said as he sat at the table, “I will at some point,” Kayla said and took a sip of her coffee, “nothing happened since when do you listen to such nonsense anyway?” Kyle asked, “I don’t and I am not angry with you because I heard some rumors Kyle and until you can figure out why I am really angry there is no point in having this conversation,” Kayla said as the new boys sat at the table with them. “you must be Kayla I am Jorden a pleasure to meet your acquaintance,” Jorden said and Kayla almost laughed, “I am French Jorden, not English you can drop the polite act now,” Kayla said and Jorden got lost in the conversation with the rest of the boys. “so you guys still haven’t made up?” Lilly asked as she sat down, “nope not yet where is Jasmine?” Kayla asked enquiring about the new beautiful girl on campus, “on her way now” Lily answered as Jasmine said at the table and said her good mornings to everyone at the table, Jayden looked up and saw her, the most beautiful he has ever seen. “what you say your name was again?” he asked, “Jasmine, my name is Jasmine” she said and her name sounded like music in his ears, “like the flower?” he asked with a smile, “yeah I guess” Jasmine said with a shrug, “so Jasmine do you have a last name?” Kyle asked curiously, “my last name is Black” Jasmine answered hoping they wouldn’t make the connection, “related to the Brazilian president?” Jackson asked and Jasmine’s face fell, “Black is a common name, I am sure she just happens to be one and since when does the Brazilian president have relatives besides his wife and kid,” Kayla said as she noticed the way Jasmine convulsed, “yeah he has a daughter just like you,” Jorden said, “except no one in their right mind would put their only child in enemy territory so she can be killed,” Kayla said like the idea was completely absurd, “I guess you are right,” Jackson said, “good morning Kayla, your schedule is clear for the morning and the headmaster wants to see you in his office the moment you arrive on campus,” Amy said as she joined them at the table, “what’s this about?” Kayla asked, “it’s about the pool incident last night someone took a video and sent it to headmaster Algretto this morning,” Amy said, “great okay come on let’s go, ladies, we will see you later boys,” Kayla said and stood up. She looked gorgeous this morning, with her standard uniform that was paired with diamond-encrusted stockings with the diamonds running on the side and platform black heels, her hair was laying on her shoulder and pulled away from her face with two large pearl pins. She took her brown backpack and went to the parking lot followed by Lilly, Jasmine, and Amy.

Kyle got in his car and drove to school, he still could not believe Kayla was still mad at him but he was determined to do anything in his power to get her back, he arrived on school grounds and parked his car. He made it in the building and went for his locker. He opened his locker just as the locker next to his opened, he looked and saw the girl from the previous day, “hey your name is Alicia right?” he asked, “uhm, yeah” Alicia said as she looked up from her locker, “I am Kyle” he said with a corky smile, “yeah I know who you are I mean your face is all over the school, it’s hard not to miss it” Alicia said, “don’t let that fool you, so how are you liking this school so far?” he asked, “it’s pretty amazing but I have to get settled in first to give you a real answer” she said in return, “well in that case I will be waiting to hear from you” he said and got his books for the first period, “uhm could you show me where the dance studio is I think I am lost?” she asked, “sure, just give me a second to make a call” he said and took his cell out of his blazer pocket, after telling mason that he was going to be late he accompanied Alicia to the dance studio which was on the other side of the school
