Vanessa My strength is leaving me. I let myself slide to the floor and wrap my arms around my knees, hoping that this cocoon will bring some kind of comfort. It doesn’t. The cold tiles pierce through my already torn pants and remind me of the merciless world I’m trapped in. "God, help me," I whisper, as silent tears run down my cheeks. I lift my chin to the ceiling.
