Liam's POV
I was taken by surprise that Nerina wanted me to mark her tonight. I wouldn't mind, I mean, if I could claim her right now, I would do it in a heartbeat... yet, this was something that we should do in a special and intimate manner...
"Okay. So when do you want to do this?" I asked carefully, I didn't want to offend Nerina or give her the wrong idea.
Did she want me to pull over and do it now, or did she have something else in mind? "And are you ready for it?" I asked.
"Being marked?" She asked a bit surprised at my question and I got the feeling that she never really thought about it.
Was she ready to be marked and mated? How did she feel about it and was she only doing this to stop all the invasion of her life?
"Yes?" I answered and watched her from the angle of my eye.
