"This is Maya. She designed the core model we're presenting today, and she'll be answering all your questions."
She didn't call it "my team's work", and she didn't try to speak for me.
She simply gave me the floor.

"What we're showing today isn't an automated diagnostic system. It's an early-risk analysis tool."
Someone in the audience asked, "Why not give a diagnosis directly? Wouldn't that have more commercial value?"
"A model can't replace doctors," I said. "Making a product more impressive should never matter more than keeping patients safe."
