My Saving Grace

Looking down at the dark ocean from the ship rail, the cruise passenger felt as though she was staring into an abyss. Sooner, she just found herself crushing into a fit of melancholia as she cries over to the man whom she loves the most. But unfortunately, the man didn't feel the same way. As she stepped her left foot to the ship rail, a cool breeze lifted the damp hair at her temples and ruffled the hem of her white vintage dress. She looks godly as her hair sways with the rythm of the wind. Her willingness to end her life will take to your bosom as if you also feel her pain. She look up at the night sky, aglow with the bright city lights and a pale cresent moon who shone like a silvery ornament. She felt someone held her with cold caress. It is so gentle that she even felt benumbed of the world's atrociousness to her. She feared him not, even if she is clueless of the things that he might do to her or where he might take her. When she was young, she quickly subdue dealing with the notion about her being dead, for she's not ready to depart. But now.... Hmm what happened? She jumped off from the ship as she let herself be drowned by the ocean of freedom. Finally she felt free from the burden as the waves take her sufferings away from her soul. But as she reminisce the memories that she had with her family, Alluria changed her mind. She regret that she made such foolish decision just because of a man who can't love her back. Who can't see her worth. On the contrary, accepting the consequences is necessary. For she cannot do anything about it anymore. But little did she know, there's a man who witnessed her suicidal action. He dove immediately, attempting to save the woman from drowning. When his body was fully eaten by the cold water, he look around hoping his eyes will automatically dart on the woman's location, and so it is. He swam towards the direction were Alluria was. He stretch his left arm to reach for her hand. As their hands intertwined, their eyes met. Everything seems to be in a slow motion that Alluria even had a chance to notice the man's amber eyes. And as soon as they were able to get up, the mysterious man gently placed Isabel's body on the cold wooden floor of the cruise ship. Isabel lost her consciousness and the last thing she could only remember is the aesthetic eyes that the man possessed.
