Training

Aiden's POV

"COME ON, Aiden, get up", my dad, The Jaxon Romano, yells at me. He is nowadays training me himself, the tricks and moves to fight and use during the war. Being alpha and the strongest wolf with the best tricks in the whole Southern area among all the packs, it does not even take a minute for him to toss me back on the ground, whenever I try to fight back. Even after a week of training, I'm not able to even touch him, whenever I try to make any move he just tosses me back on the ground. Getting irritated due to it, I shout blaming him, " Dad, that's not done, you don't even let me make a move". Shaking his head, he scolds me "You are the future of this pack Aiden, you need to have agility in you so that your component does not even get a chance to make a move at you". Coming towards me running, he raises his leg for kicking me but before he was able to do it, I got up, holding his leg, and tossed him on the ground. After tossing him, when I registered what I just did, I was not able to believe my eyes, that I'm seeing The Jaxon Romano laying on the ground. Seeing him groaning, laying on the ground I was overjoyed, not because he's laying on the ground but because for the first time I was able to defeat him.  

Seeing this my dad was also very happy, after a whole week of hard work, it was my first success. Sitting on the ground he was looking at me proudly and was enjoying seeing me so overjoyed. After a minute of my somersaulting, dancing, and jumping, I noticed my dad still sitting on the ground, then I gave him my hand which he accepted happily and stood up. Tapping on my shoulder, he called for more than five rounds, and this time I was very excited and ready to fight back. 

After another three hours of training, me winning two rounds and losing two dads called it a day. And one more round was a draw between us, we are now on our way to the packhouse and through the way, every pack member was bowing and wishing us. It is the old way or tradition you can name, of showing their respect towards their alpha and future alpha. But I don't like it and want to change it, so I requested every member to not bow when it is only me and not my dad and mom, at least the elders, but no, none of the members were ready to agree with me.

"Mumm, come out fast, you won't believe what I did today". 

I started shouting as soon as I entered the packhouse. Everyone came out from where they were listening to me along with my mum, who came out of her room and walking down the stairs. She was not even down the stairs completely when picked her up, running in the center of the hall circling everyone. When I let her down carefully, she eagerly asked me "what's the matter, baby? Did you won against your dad today or what?" 

Again, this is my mom, who catches everything in my mind even before I say it to her. Be it my demands or achievements or lose. But, before I was able to reply to her, a pair of hands snatched her away from my hold. Not surprisingly, those hands were of none other than my dad. Taking my mum in her hold, he said to me, "hey young man, don't you again dare to do such stunts with my mate. What if she gets injured in the process."

"Hubby, nothing will happen to me, I'm strong enough to balance myself," said my mum, while coming to me. "Yes dad, and she is my mum, I will never let anything happen to her," I said while hugging her. "But.." my dad was going to say something but mum interrupted him saying " No buts, I want to only listen to the achievement of my son now." And then everyone sat on the sofa and I told them about what happened. Everyone was praising and mum gave me a tight and big hug, while the whole time dad was just listening having the biggest smile on his face, which itself says how happy he is with this small achievement of mine only.

"Hey bro, congrats," comes my best friend, ' Kyler Romulus' congratulating me. He is the only son of my dad's beta, uncle Elijah. After my mum and dad, he is the one who always understands me and stands for me. "Thank you, bro," I said giving him a bro hug. "Someone is getting ready to become an alpha with full-on training," says Kyler. "Not full-on, but yeah I'm doing my best. You know the pressure bro, only a month and dad wants me to be completely ready. That's the reason why I also left the human school at the end of semester time," I said to him while going towards my room.  

"Hey Aiden," here comes another close friend after Kyler, ' Avery Malloy'. The elder daughter of my dad's delta and my smile reached my ears. She is one of the prettiest girls and is also very innocent, shy, adorable, caring. Kyler and I always are protective of her, since our childhood even though she is good at fighting but still we prefer to take care of her personally. Her younger sister, 'Lexy' is a bossy and independent girl, who loves indulging with people, having freedom but also knows handling some morons very effortlessly. Both sisters are completely opposite to each other.

"Hey, Aves." I greeted her. She came to me and gave me a hug congratulating me "Congrats Aids, I heard about your progress in the training field, and am very happy for you." "Thank you, Aves," I said to her returning her the hug. "So ready for the college, girl?" asked Kyler to Aves. "Yeah, just going to have the breakfast" she replied. "OK, then let's go together," he said and both turned away to go for their college.

"See you in the afternoon, Aids" came from Aves, she is the sweetest, always caring for others and she knows how much I miss going to school with them. She even asked me a few times but I just decline it not wanting her to feel bad for me. "See you, guys." saying this, I turn to enter the room for freshening up so that I too can have my breakfast, as my stomach is now growling and asking for some food due to hunger.
