As soon as she got into the entrance of the dungeon, the darkness surprised her. She couldn’t see a thing. She waited a moment for her eyes to adjust and, because she had wolf eyes, she could see a little better in the dark. She moved further in being careful not to trip or fall, which could have been very easy in the pitch black.
What did they have down here? Lumina thought. And why does it have to be so dark? What if it was one of those monsters? Why would they have one of those?
Lumina was letting her imagination get away with her. She took a deep breath to calm her nerves. She kept walking until she finally made out the bars of one of the cells in front of her.
