Hall’s POV. As soon as we entered Silver Lake’s territory, the carriage we were riding in slowed to a gradual stop. The warriors we passed bowed in respect to Alpha Liam, yet not a single one of them dared ask about Luna Melissa. I climbed down first and walked around the carriage before pulling the door open. Bowing my head respectfully, I extended a hand toward him. “Alpha,” I called politely. Liam accepted my hand and climbed down from the carriage. He was visibly exhausted from spending the entire day searching for Melissa, but the worry he carried weighed even heavier. “Alpha, I think you should get some rest tonight,” I suggested, forcing concern into my voice.
