Jason's POV
I wished the moment I had with Mia wouldn't end just like that. Not that I was in love with her. I just noticed this chemistry that kept drawing me to know more about her.
The way Julian treated her before my face, I didn't like it. I felt she deserved better.
After I had attended the meeting I went for. I decided to go home to rest. At least, relieve myself of the day's stress. It wasn't that easy. I went back home that day and I slept off.
The next day. The first thing that came to my mind was Mia's thoughts. Thank goodness I didn't have anything to do at the moment. I decided to pay Mia a visit but I would pretend I was there to greet her husband.
I went into the bathroom to take my bath. After freshening up, I wore my clothes and lubricated my face with a facial cream.
