Eve I enjoy drinks after drinks.“ Wow, this is great Lotto what’s it called?” Finishing up another one of my drinks.“I don’t know yet. It’s something new I’m working on. You like it?” Smiling as he makes a drink for another customer.“Yeah, it’s great. I can hardly taste the liquor in it.” I look around to see more people walking in. It seemed to be that time where everyone is getting off of work and needs a drink. So the place started to get more crowded.“The trick is to find the right stuff to mix with it. You know like the perfect match.” Lotto letting out a flirty wink at me. I gave him a smile back. "Would you like another?” He asked.“Yeah one more than I have got to head home.” Looking at the time on my phone. Wow, time has really fled by today. I didn't realise I had been gone the whole day. Ohh today, what a h*** of a day it has been. It could have gone better, but let's not think about that. Yeah your right, let's just enjoy the live music and Lottos amazing drinks. I spent the last 2 hours enjoying music and Lottos company. I don’t know what it is about this place, but I feel safe here. And the eye candy is the icing on too. Can’t argue there(inside chuckle). This is gonna be my go to place now. When ever i need a good drink or just need to go get out of the house. I am gonna come here a lot more. It might be a drive from my home, but its worth it really. After speaking with Lotto, I learnt a few things about him. He told me that he was only 20 years old! Like what! I knew he was young by looking at him, but I didn’t think that young. But turns out, he grew up here and the bar used to be his parents. So he learnt everything about the business at a young age. He would always come here first thing after school and spend all day working during the summer. Once he had proven to his parents 2 years ago that he was ready to be an owner. They sign the papers to him, their still co-owners just incase he changed his mind. They told him he was still young and wanted him to have a choice while he still can. He didn’t like the co-owners agreement at first but matured fast to learn that his parents were coming from a good place. He also told me that this isn’t the only location either. All his siblings has one too, besides the youngest one. He has two older brothers and one younger sister. His parents still comes by every 4 months to just check in and help. Lottos says he learn as a young owner to accept help anyone offers you. Because you may not think you need it, but after you accept it, you see how better stuff are. I can see how very mature he is for his age. Lotto told me how he had to be a man sooner when he grew up because he was the first out of his siblings to own a bar. His brothers just followed his footsteps because in their eyes he was the oldest to them. They all look up to him, and his little sister is his best friend. She always told him how she was to be an owner too but also be a singer. We both laugh at the young girl's mind. But he explained to me how she was really good at singing, so he made a deal with her. That if she really want to be an owner. Then he will co sign the bar with her and she can continue her signing at the bar anytime she wants. It was beautiful to see how much he cares for her. And he even told me she lives with him since his parents moved out of state to help one of his brothers who just opened up a bar in NY. His sister was only 16, so she still had time to think everything through. Lotto told me he would be glad if she co sign, that the both of them even talked about expanding the bar too. But thats if she co signs, and if not, thats okay. He wouldn’t be hurt if one day she say she doesn’t want do it anymore. He would be happy if she chose to do anything else. At the end of the day, he just wants her to be happy with whatever path she choice to take.“Some nights I let her sing here, for the practice and all. She is really good, you should come see her.” Hearing a proud brother from Lotto.“Yeah that would be great, I would love to hear her.” Sounding happy myself. I really see how happy Lotto is when he talks about her.“If you don’t got plan tomorrow night, swing by. She sings about 4 songs.” I see a smile on his face as he finishes cleaning a glass.“Ohh can I top you off Eve?” Rising an eyebrow at me as he notice my almost empty cup.“Ohh no thanks, I am beyond passed my limit.” A nervous chuckle lets out. I was so wasted by now.“I really should head home now.Thank you, so much.” I took the last bit like shots and paid Lotto for the drinks. “Are you okay to drive?Maybe you should sit for awhile and I’ll pour you a glass of water. Maybe fry you up some fries?” I see how concerned he was. But I didn’t want to admit I was a little over buzzed. I should have stopped drinking a long time ago.“Yeah, I’m good. I always have a bottle or two in the car incase I’m thirsty.” Waving my hand towards him as I got up. Just hoping I don't trip over my two feet.“Thank you Lotto. It was great talking to you.” I said.“Your Welcome. It was nice talking to you too, Eve. You are always welcome here.” Smirking at me with that wink, I noticed he likes to sneak in .“Thank you, goodnight.” I let a laugh and rolling my eyes at him. "Goodnight Eve." Lotto said before serving another customer. A good brother, smart son, and a sexy young man. WOOF can’t get better than that. Ohh would you stop. He is way too young for us. Ohh come on, as if you would say no to a seggs time with him. I’m married, I’m not gonna think about it. No comment. What is it? No comment. Just say it. Girl, we may be married, but it doesn’t mean you can’t look. Besides, we ain’t the one who takes actions towards it. Yeah no comment. Shaking my head at myself. I should have known better. My brain would say some s*** like that. I don’t mean to bring you back down. But I’m the part of us who needs to be straight forward. If not, then what good am I? Before Mark, me and you used to never argue. Maybe we disagree, but over little things. Like which boy had a bigger butt in math class. Remember those times? Haha laughing inside my head.Yeah, I do remember those times. It would be nice to go back to those simple times.I made my way out the bar and walk very slowly towards my car. I knew I was struggling. The ground seemed to be moving more than I was. F*** maybe I should of stayed inside longer. Shaking my head at myself for taking so many drinks. *big sigh* “Where did I park?” Towards the curb girl. *humming to myself* I struggled to find my keys in my purse. “Ugh where the h*** are you? Ahh here you are.” It was dark as f*** and I parked far from street lights. Couldn't see s***.I struggle again to find the right key to car because last month i broke the button and still haven’t gone to the dealership to get a new one. Well i here stuck with opening my door old fashion.“Ahh f***” and of course your girl drops them. Wow really. Drunk a** b****. Shh if you don’t got real hands and eyes to help me. Just shh it, okay. Fine, whatever, but it is right in front of you anyways. Shh d*** it! I bent down to grab my keys. Another hand grabs them quicker then than I can.“Hey what the h*** those are..” A boil of rage started to build up before I notice the person whom grab them.“Ohh Dom hi, s*** you scared.” My eyes widen up with a nervous laugh. I felt my cheeks get red a little. God, I look like a idoit. A drunk idiot.“Sorry I didn’t mean to scary you Eve.” Handing me my keys back to me.“Well, thank god it's you. Anyone else and I would had to kick your a** haha.” God I felt like more than a i***t. I hope he didn’t see me struggling to get my keys this whole time. “Haha I bet you can. I just noticed you needed help and then I saw you drop your keys.” Rising a very high eyebrow at me. And I noticed he tried to biting his lips but quickly stopped himself. I just managed to smile at him and with a fake laugh. “Are you okay to drive Eve?” Hearing that husky, concerned tone. I wanted so badly to say yes,I'm fine. But I didn't, I turned and let down my guard. “I don’t really know, I just didn’t want to keep Lotto held up. I already took up all of his time. inside the bar, you know. There, his job." I said sounding more drunk. Dom just laughed at my struggle. "I’m just gonna drive slow and head home to my big comfy bed. Its so soft and clean. You'll like it.” Shaking my head and my arms lay down my side as if they were noddles. F*** did I just invited Dom to try my my bed? Soft and clean, yes. Dom didn't say anything he just smiled at me. D*** he was cute when he smiles. “Besides, the road seems empty any whoo, I’ll be alright, Dom thank.” Turning my back to him so I can and struggle to open my car.“Eve I don’t think you should drive.” Sounding more concern as he see me still struggle to unlock my door.“Don’t worry I’ll be fine. It's only going to take me like an hour to get there. Or more than, f***.” Turning my head to smile at him. “Hey, I got it open.” I so proud of myself. I turned to wave my hand goodbye. But all he can see was my white teeth in the dark.“Eve don’t.” Dom grabbed my car door before I tried to enter it. And as I looked up into his eyes and saw more than concern in them. He was pleading me to not drive. “How about I drive you somewhere to mellow down. And then I’ll bring you back to your car?” Dom hugged smile and I saw his white teeth poking out a little.“It would be, somewhere fun, trust me.” He let out his hand to me. Still try to convince me not to drive in my condition. "I'll be fine. really Dom. I don't need to take time away from you too." I stutted. "I'll be more than happy to have time, only with you. Somewhere else, besides the bar." His husky voice sounding sweet to me. We shared a red cheeky smile. And I thought it over, Should I go with him? Or just take the chance and go home? Wait, did he just asking us out on a date?
