Chapter 28: Talfryn “You could have woken me,” said Akton, and Talfryn blinked awake, groaning. He’d fallen asleep in an awful position, sagged against the counter, and he had no idea how he’d managed not to fall to the floor in the two or so hours of sleep he’d gotten, but his entire body protested as he straightened. “f**k,” he said, rubbing the back of his neck and wincing as his sore elbow twinged. His back ached and his legs were stiff. “Yeah, that’s what I’m pissed I missed out on,” said Akton, nodding to where Lochlann was yawning on the floor and rolling over.
