Mistake With Mr Arrogant

Chapter Fourteen

"You are packing your things back to the Kingston Mansion today. No questions, no complaints, no refusal", Kaiden said looking deep into my eyes.

There is no doubt now that Kaiden knows that I am pregnant. Why is he trying to torture me by pretending that he doesn't know anything? What is he trying to gain?

"I am not repeating myself", Kaiden said pulling my chin up slightly, bringing me back from my thoughts.

"Why are you doing this to me? Are you not engaged to Chantel? What will your mum say when she sees me there? Do you really think I will be comfortable staying there?", I asked all at once.

"Which one do you want me to answer first, Mrs Kross?", he said pushing me to the table and gripping me tight. "Like I said, what my mum does is not my business. You are my wife, I mean, are you not? At least before the law you are, even if you don't wear your ring or you don't want to admit it at all", he continued.

"I will be at your place by 7 PM to get you, so get yourself ready", I watched him go on and on without giving me a chance to speak.

This is the worst time for Kaiden to compel me to come to the Kingston Mansion. I am trying to hide a pregnancy and Kaiden wants to 'have his wife'. Mrs Kingston on one hand and Chantel on the other hand, how will I hide?

"If you are worried about how you will survive in the Kingston Mansion with Mrs Kingston around, I would love to assure you that you will be on my side of the mansion. No one dares to cross or enter my side. You can stay there all through the day if you want to", he said. He practically read half of what I was thinking.

"What about my job?", I asked, because I wasn't clear on how I will be going to work from this locked mansion. He wants to keep our marriage a secret but he wants me to stay with him, what if the company finds out?

"About that, you won't need to work anymore since you will be staying in the Kingston Mansion. The reason you still kept your job was to keep an eye on you, but since you will be staying with me, I assure you that you are not going anywhere", he said with a smirk on his face, this time putting his hands in his trouser pocket.

"Are you being serious?", I scoffed in anger.

"What will the company say? Do you really think about the other person's reputations or only your own. Do you want to lock me up like a slave? Let me tell you something Mr. Kaiden Kross, I am not your slave or your play toy", I said pointing straight at him in anger.

"Is that not what you are? When you signed those marriage papers, I became entitled to you, so get that up stairs if you haven't", he said clenching my jaw.

"I made a mistake and you wouldn't have accepted my proposal then", I said with tears piling up inside as he clenched my jaw, it hurts. I couldn't let them out, at least not here and now.

"You say mistake, I say an opportunity to have someone faithful to always run to when I just want to get laid, anytime and any day", he said, this time running his fingers through my neck and down my cleavage. I smack his fingers off. Now the tears were full blown in me, but I couldn't let my weaknesses be seen by him.

I pushed him off me and ran out of his office.

He was not actually kidding when he said that he was coming over to get me. I wondered deeply as I piped through my window to see Kaiden sitting at the driver's seat and looking at his wrist watch. It was already 8 PM and Kaiden was not growing patient at all, but wasn't going to follow him to the Kingston Mansion.

Bang Bang

I heard someone bang my door aggressively. I piped to see if Kaiden was still waiting in his car, and he was. My heart began to race off the thought of who was at the door. I piped through the pip hole on my door and saw a very hefty dark man standing outside, too huge that his body blocked part of the pip hole. He was clothed in black outfit and he wore a black sunshade as well. Sunshades in the night?

"Please ma'am open this door or I will be forced to break it", he said still banging on the door even more aggressively. I began to think of all the things to do. What will happen when he actually breaks the door, all the damages that would cause on Mama Maggie's house.

I couldn't really see his face or what he truly looked like, I just saw his sunshades and part of him. I scurried away from the door and went to grab my phone to call the police. Before I could move any step further, my door was swung open and I could see the dark ma very well. He was actually more huge than I thought.

He was finely built. His arms swayed because the muscles under his arm couldn't let them rest well. His shoulders were more broader than I thought, and he looked at me viciously.

"Mr Kross has been waiting outside for you long enough. Guess we will have to do it the hard way", he said coming at me aggressively. Even the steps he took made the floor beneath me seem like they were going to open up. He picked me off the floor and took me outside.

"Mama Maggie!! Mama Maggie! Call the police", I screamed, kicking my legs and hitting his tough body. Then I realized that Mama Maggie traveled out with her granddaughter.

"Put me down you baffoon.... gigantic chipmunk..", I tried so hard to upset him as I struggled, hitting him hard with every breath in me. I couldn't, because I didn't have the strength, I gave in.

He put me at the back of Kaiden's car and closed the door. "Thanks Big T", Kaiden said stretching forth his fist.

"Any time", he replied giving Kaiden a fist bump and bounced off.

"What of my stuff", I said yelling at Kaiden as he starts the car. I looked back to see Big T entering my house.

"I will do as I always do", he replied with a smirk on his face. I drove me off to the Kingston Mansion, the beginning of my hell.
