Three Rings

My pack isn't one of the strongest or the largest packs around. We consist of about 30 members I have my Beta Jared and the rest are all highly trained warriors. As a newly formed pack the closest to elders we have are my parents who are in their mid 30s while the rest of my warriors are in high school and college with a couple of pups from those few who have already found their mates. I am Alpha Sean Stone, I recently turned 18 and have taken over from my father Alex Stone earlier this year. The origins of our pack is out of the ordinary and honestly it is a story for another time. Our pack is called Black Stone and our pack is located in the Mountains of Queenstown, New Zealand about half an hour away from the City. Today is Sunday, the day before my first semester and last year of High School. Once we finish my Beta and I will take over pack duties full time something my mother and father will be covering during the year. A knock on the front door carries my out of my thoughts and I leap down from the second floor to land in the middle of the lounge. I smirk and start to stroll towards the door firing off a wink to some of my warriors standing in the kitchen. I swing the door open and I am met with a human. He stinks. He moves to hand me a large golden envelope that has the royal seal on the back. I stare at the envelope for a while then mind link my Beta to join me in the kitchen. My warriors move to surround me just as Jared arrives, he give me a knowing look and I proceed to open the envelope.  Alpha Alex Stone of the Black Stone Pack  Your are invited compete in this Years Moon Warrior Tournament  Held October 23rd 2021 Only two of your strongest can compete.  Overall Winner will receive 5 million in prize money.  You presence is mandatory The Royal Family  My warriors howl behind me once I finish reading the letter aloud. This is the first year that we have been recognised by the Royal Family and have received an invite to this event. My warriors, Beta and I decide to have an impromptu training session which starts with a run through the mountains before a swim through the lake. This is the year that we make our mark on the World. I hope they are all ready.
