I stand, unable to take this anymore, “Thank you, I will take that into consideration. Is that all?” Victor stares at me for a second more before nodding, “Yes, that is all. You must keep this quiet. You know that and I expect you to obey that.” I curtsy and hurry from the room. I stumble into the Sitting Room, knocking into a maid along the way. The second I spot Grace, I hurry over to her.
