THREAD OF FATE CHAPTER 30 As the days went by, the issue of the stolen designs was swept under the rug, and life at Williams Fashion Home continued as usual. However, Tylor's feelings for Liza continued to grow with each passing day. He found himself lost in thought, wondering how he could confess his emotions to her without risking their friendship. Tylor's mind was a whirlwind of doubts and fears. What if Liza didn't feel the same way? What if telling her about his feelings ruined their relationship? Despite his reservations, he knew he had to take the leap. He couldn't keep his emotions bottled up forever. One day, Tylor decided to take a chance. He picked up his phone and dialed Liza's number, his heart racing with anticipation. When she answered, he tried to sound casual, asking her how her day was going. Liza responded with a simple "fine," and Tylor's heart skipped a beat. He asked if they could meet up, and Liza agreed, asking if everything was okay. Tylor reassured her that everything was fine, he just wanted to discuss something with her. As Tylor waited for Liza to arrive, he couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nerves. When she finally walked out of her house and into his car, Tylor's heart soared. They drove to a secluded spot, the tension between them palpable. As they sat down, Tylor took Liza's hand, his touch sending shivers down her spine. Liza's eyes widened in surprise, but she didn't pull away. Instead, she felt an electric connection, her heart beating faster with every passing second. Tylor's voice was barely above a whisper as he confessed his feelings. "Liza, I love you. I want you to be my woman, not just my girlfriend. I want you to be my future wife." Liza's eyes locked onto Tylor's, her mind racing with emotions. She hadn't expected this, but she couldn't deny the spark between them. Liza had sensed that Tylor liked her, but she hadn't realized the depth of his feelings. As she looked into his eyes, she knew she couldn't say no. "Liza, please," Tylor urged, his voice filled with emotion. "Don't say no. I know we come from different worlds, but I don't care. I want to be with you, to build a life together." Liza's heart melted at Tylor's words. She took a deep breath, her voice barely above a whisper. "Tylor, I like you too. I'm scared, but I'm willing to take a chance." Tylor's face lit up with joy, and he pulled Liza into a tight hug. They sat there for a moment, basking in the warmth of their newfound love. As the sun began to set, Tylor suggested they grab something to eat and enjoy the rest of the evening together. Liza agreed, and they spent the next few hours laughing, talking, and getting to know each other better. As the night drew to a close, Tylor dropped Liza off at her house, his heart heavy with the thought of being apart from her. But as he leaned in to kiss her goodbye, Liza's lips met his, and the spark between them ignited once more. "I'll miss you," Tylor whispered, his voice filled with emotion. "I'll miss you too," Liza replied, As Tylor drove away, he couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and joy. He had taken a chance, and it had paid off. He knew that he and Liza still had a long way to go, but he was ready for the journey. Little did Tylor know, his family had other plans for him. As he walked into his house, he was greeted by his parents and grandmother, who were discussing a meeting with the Travis family. "Tylor, we've arranged a meeting with the Travis family tomorrow," his mother announced, a sly smile spreading across her face. "You'll be meeting Benita, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Travis. She'd make a perfect match for you." Tylor's eyes narrowed, his jaw clenched in anger. "I've already told you, I'm not interested in this kind of relationship. I have someone I love, and I won't be forced into marrying someone I don't Love." His father's face turned red with anger. "Who is this person you claim to love? Let's meet her." Tylor shook his head, his voice firm. "When the time is right, you'll meet her. But for now, I'm not going to discuss this further." The room fell silent, the tension between Tylor and his parents palpable. His grandmother, who had been quiet until now, spoke up, her voice calm and authoritative. "Cole and Anita, I've told you before, let Tylor be. He's old enough to make his own decisions. I don't support this arranged marriage nonsense." Tylor's father scowled, his face reddening. "Mother, this is not just about Tylor's happiness. It's about the future of Williams Fashion Home. The Travis family is influential, and this alliance would secure our company's position in the industry." Tylor's grandmother stood up, her eyes flashing with anger. "I built this company from scratch, and I won't let you sacrifice Tylor's happiness for the sake of business. Let him be, Cole." The argument continued, with Tylor's parents refusing to back down. Finally, Tylor had had enough. He stood up, his voice firm. "I'm not going to argue about this anymore. I've made my position clear, and I won't be swayed." With that, he turned and walked out of the room, leaving his parents and grandmother to their argument. He went to his room, his mind racing with thoughts of Liza and the future they could build together. As he lay in bed, he couldn't shake off the feeling that his parents would stop at nothing to get their way. He knew he had to be strong, to fight for what he wanted. And what he wanted was Liza. Tylor picked up his phone and dialed Liza's number. She answered on the first ring, her voice sweet and gentle. "Hey, I was just thinking about you," she said. Tylor's heart skipped a beat. "I was thinking about you too," he replied, smiling into the darkness. They talked for hours, their conversation flowing easily. Tylor felt his worries fade away as he listened to Liza's laughter and her voice. As the night wore on, Tylor knew he had to end the call. "I'll talk to you tomorrow, my love," he said, his voice filled with emotion. "Goodnight, Tylor," Liza replied, her voice soft and sweet. Tylor smiling as he hung up the phone. With a sense of peace washing over him, Tylor drifted off to sleep, his worries dissipating like mist in the morning sun. His conversation with Liza had soothed his mind and heart, reaffirming his conviction that he had found his perfect match, his soulmate, in her.
