"You got the jet?" I asked Rayner and he smirked as he showed me his phone about the confirmation.
"Can I get a hug?" He asked and I glared at him.
"Don't make me punch you." I hissed and he laughed.
"Still feisty as ever"
"Let's go." I said after checking Marco's flight from Japan. He's still a few hours behind me and I bet he will chase me too so I need to be fast.
I walked out from Rayner's secret place and got into his Ferrari. I started the car and quickly drove out from his place. Rayner followed me with his other car and I drove quickly to the airport.
"We got company," Rayner said as he called my new phone. I threw my old phone if you're wondering.
"Who?"
"Apparently.. 3 kids from the 7 Gold Kids." He said and I hissed.
"Get the jet ready!"
"Roger that beautiful" He ended the call and I looked through the mirror. I saw 3 black cars and man.. they're all good drivers.
I sped up and so was Rayner. We quickly got into the back place at the airport to find our jet. Rayner sent me the location and I speed up crazily. 2 black cars speed up too and they're trapping me between them. The two of them opened their window.
Shit! It's the Norths. Archer North and Autumn North were the one who trapped me.
I sped up and tried to confuse them. I hit the brake and drifted to the side. I called Rayner.
"Where's the freaking location!!!" I bursted.
"Follow me." Rayner sped up and I followed him. I found a group of bodyguards already waiting for us. I smirked and stopped the car. I got out and got inside with Rayner. We closed the door and immediately asked the pilot to go.
The guards were shooting the 3 black cars and damn the car were bulletproofs. They parked the cars and got out. I saw Autumn, Archer and lastly Morris Cesantio. I smirked at them and waved. We took off not long after that.
"You need to explain to me!" Rayner plopped across me and I nodded.
"Patt asked me to kill Lincon first but apparently Lincon was one of the Hastington's family. I was caught by Marco Hastington at that time. The 7 Gold Lifes got me and apparently got me to work with them. I agreed but Patt called me back since he threatened to kill my parents and Carine."
"What? Carine? I though-"
"She's alive, I was the one who made her fake death." I hissed and he looked at me disbelief
"Where is she now?"
"Somewhere, no need to know. Just help me with this and I give you 1 million dollar right away." I said and he sighed.
"Look.. we're dealing with Patt again. How can you still be with him?" Rayner was Patt's partner too but Patt betrayed him.
"I have no choice, my parent's life is in his hands."
"You know I hate dealing with the 7 Gold Lifes. No one ever win against them." He said in a really serious tone.
"I know.. Just trust me with this. We're not against them but against Patt. We got a lot of backup."
"Who? Tell me!"
"Just trust me idiot.."
"Well you need to tell me or I will stop this jet and turn back to New York." He threatened. I sighed and looked at him glaring. I have no choice but to tell him right?
"Hikomoto? Are you sick?"
"Yeah.. He's one of our backup."
"Damn Cassie, you always make a lot of trouble."
"That's my life, I guess."
"What did you do to Marco until you can ranaway?" He asked in a really interesting tone.
"Your tactic, I shot him."
"What? You shot him? Is he dead? Cassie, are you insane?"
"Chill, Ray. He's not dead"
"Gosh, I won't help you if he dies. I don't want to be in trouble. Last time my family messed up with Lemiere.. There's no mercy." Stupid people.. If they mess with Lemiere, it means they're commiting suicide.
"Team in Texas?" I asked and he opened his laptop to check. I waited for him to tell me.
"We have Cesborn stand by with Lincon." He sighed and he turned his laptop to me. I cursed under my breath for this.
"Not only Cesborn but there's Locason too." I hissed as I zoomed the cam here.
"Now what? You need to come up with a plan."
"I have no plan."
"You need to make it!!" Ray bursted
I dialed Patt from my phone and put on loudspeaker. I asked Ray to stay silent.
"Hey beautiful."
"I need 24 hours more." I asked Ray to track Patt.
"You can't sweetheart, your time is 43 hours left." He said laughing and I sighed.
"You can't get that stock without my parents and Lincon incase you forget."
"I already have your parents sign and finger print. I can kill them now if you want."
"You psycho!!" I bursted.
"Thanks.. I get that a lot."
"Give me 24 hours more, Patt." I said seriously.
"12 hours it is.. you need to thank me Cassie. I spare your parents lives. If you didn't betray me, I will make you my most trusted people."
"When did I betray you? I am always on track in case you forget."
"Hanging out with the 7 Gold Lifes means you betrayed me. You're on Lincon side and you knew Lincon's not dead yet but you didn't tell me." Fucker!
"I'll kill you Patt"
"Kill me if you can." He laughed and ended the call. I threw my phone to the side and looked at Ray.
"He's in Canada.. in a small house.. uhmm." What? What is he doing in Canada?
"What?"
"Cassie.. he's quite crazy. There's 3 signals now.. he's making us confused. One in Canada, one in Brazil and one in Ohio." He showed me and I looked confused. I zoomed all over the place and tried to remember all the things related to Patt.
"I felt like Fast and Furious.. When God's eyes are stolen, kinda thing." He sighed
"Then try to do it their way.. we might get to his real location."
"Damn it.. I'm tired.."
