Adele woke up with a soft smile on her face. The past three days had been favorable for her, Though she lived in solitude and with the barrier of a door, it was the best three days of her life.
Her hunger strike had been hard on her, Her ulcer pains had worsened over the course of the week and her mind was in complete disarray. She would wake up with hallucinating thoughts that lasted for hours, and then she would find it hard to stand up for some days. It was so hard on her that she had finally thought of giving up.
