“This is the group of individuals I’m bringing to Alpha Title with us,” Grayson stated firmly, handing me a list. I scanned the names quickly as he gave me the paper: Jordan, Hailey, and Cole.
“Before you ask, Cole is my informant. He works for me and will be useful in keeping tabs on our enemies,” Grayson added, his eyes locking onto mine.
“Thanks for letting me know,” I said, keeping my voice neutral. Grayson’s expression didn’t shift—his face remained impassive.
“Now that we’re done, we should get going. I have things to handle,” he said, turning away. I could hear Jacob addressing the pack, just like Grayson, as I left Jacob’s cabin. Everyone was focused on his speech.
