The Undeniable Bond

A long time ago, there was a young woman named Amelia Melgren, who was a very proud and powerful sorceress, known for being decorated as one of the best elemental conjurers in the world. Amelia, Lia for short, was born and raised in British Columbia, Canada with her two siblings, Adonis, her older brother, and Angela, her younger sister. Her parents, Magnus Aries Melgren, and Enchantress Samia, leaders of the Crystal Moonlight Coven, were murdered in a horrific coup against the Red Claw when she was 14 years old, which in turn placed her and her siblings in their grandparent's care, Magnus Angelo and Enchantress Rose. The Red Claw was a pack of rogue werewolves that were kicked out of their original packs and then banded together to take over the territories and gain power. Their leader, Kahar, was an outcast Alpha who was known for enslaving his own pack and doing Goddess knows what to women and children. And by his side, Yasmeen, who was a talented sorceress supreme, her gifts of sight and conjuring spell work were unmatched at times. The Eclipse Council, which consists of seven elected members of different pack regions around the world, decided to ban him and strip him and his legacy of the Alpha title. After being exiled, he in return grew his army of psychotic, ruthless, animals. HE WAS A MONSTER!!!! From sorceresses, vampires, or even other werewolves, they planned to take over and destroy whatever came their way. To stop them, the different Covens, Clans, and Packs came together to destroy the Red Claw Pack, and with vengeance on her mind, Lia decided to take action and join the Coalition at the age of 18. When Lia arrived at the Coalition Basic Training Camp, she met David, who was at that time the future Alpha of the Silver Moon Pack. And alongside him, his friend Alpha Roland, leader of The Ironridge Pack. The three of them were stationed together, and over time got to know each other and somewhat formed respect for each other's skill set on the battlefield. Lia was a strong, fierce, military-minded warrior, who was absolutely nothing to be played around with. A formidable warrior sorceress known for her mastery of telekinesis and elemental control. She combined her magical expertise with strategic combat skills, making her a powerful and respected figure on the battlefield. Lia exudes confidence and authority. Her presence on the battlefield was commanding, inspiring her allies, and intimidating her enemies. David transforms into a relentless and fearsome werewolf named Hallec, with light brown fur. His wolf form is muscular and well-defined, showcasing his strength and power..... Long and powerful, built for speed and agility, while his broad chest and shoulders emphasize his physical power. His presence alone can instill fear in his enemies and rally his pack to fight with renewed vigor. He ruled with an iron fist. His word is law within the pack, and he expects absolute obedience from everyone, including his family. He believes that his way is the only way and that his actions, no matter how harsh, are justified in maintaining order and control. David possesses exceptional strength and agility, typical of a powerful alpha werewolf. His combat skills are honed to perfection, making him a formidable opponent in both close combat and strategic warfare. Now, as for Roland, Kai, his wolf form is marked by a thick coat of gray fur. The fur is sleek and well-maintained, with varying shades of gray that add depth and texture to his appearance. Kai's form is significantly larger than that of an average alpha wolf. His size alone is enough to command respect and fear from those who encounter him. His calm demeanor and strategic insight inspire confidence in his allies. Ronald orchestrated a lot of successful ambushes against the Red Claw pack by using the dense forest to his advantage. They look to him for guidance, not just in battle but in all aspects of life. Ronald’s reputation extends beyond his own pack. Other leaders would seek his counsel, and his methods are often cited as exemplary. After some time together, Lia and Roland started to form a bond of friendship and admiration towards one another. Roland never understood what it was about Lia, but he really liked her style. Amelia and Roland's friendship was built on a foundation of shared values and mutual respect. Both believed in justice, compassion, and protecting the weak, which naturally drew them together. Over time, their shared experiences in battle and their dedication to their respective roles fostered deep trust and loyalty. They supported each other through challenges and celebrated victories together. Couldn't say the same for David, he was too much to handle, and Lia could honestly tolerate him when they were only on the battlefield together. David carries himself with a sense of entitlement, believing that his position as Alpha grants him privileges and authority without question. He expects loyalty and obedience from his pack and often takes advantage of his status. David possesses a superficial charm that he uses to manipulate and win over those around him. David saw Lia and Roland together and began to have some sort of jealousy about how they would interact with each other. Anytime they were all together, David would somehow make a dumb comment that would clash with Amelia’s integrity and Roland’s empathetic leadership, leading to conflicts and power struggles. So, Lia would only deal with David when it came to official business, and he could see that over time within their future interactions. Anytime that she would see Roland and David together, she would walk the other way, or even leave when she would shoot the breeze with Roland, and David would walk up to them. She would just excuse herself from the environment and walk away. David was offended and thought she was being a stuck-up b**** who thought way too highly of herself. In which was quite the opposite, she was way too chill, didn't like confrontation unless it was needed, and had a heart of Gold. Lia was renowned for her striking beauty, which captivated all who saw her. Her features are finely sculpted, with expressive eyes that reflect her intelligence and determination. Curvaceous and athletic build. She exudes both strength and femininity, with a physique that showcased her power and grace. She had smooth, radiant skin that glowed with an otherworldly vitality. Her dark brown hair, often styled in a way that complements her beauty, flows like a waterfall, adding to her allure. David was trying too hard to get Lia's attention, and it was annoying to her and made it worse whenever they encountered each other. Petty remarks, constant digs, his vibe was downright the entitled alpha frat boy. And thought it would be wise to only deal with him when it pertained to strategic training and on the battlefield. ********** 2 YEARS LATER After the Northwest Rouge War ended in victory for the Coalition, Amelia decided to take a break after serving two years in the war and returned home to her family. One night, while out with her friends, they all decided to go to a nearby bar in town. There she sees David and Roland, who were both always taken back by Amelia's beauty. The only thing was, David was very aggressive at getting what he wanted, and Roland let his friend be who he was the "King of Manipulation". Roland didn't think that Lia would give David the time of day or night to take a chance at his s****l advances. But after a few EIGHTEEN shots of tequila, David seduces Amelia into a one-night stand, and parts ways afterward with no objection from Amelia, about it being a continuing affair between the two. But Amelia, on the other hand, she was disappointed, to say the least, in David's 8 minutes of displeasing acts of what he called romance. She wanted to forget that David ever existed and really wished she could have given Roland a chance, but she made her choice and wanted to move on from this mediocre s****l experience. But the Moon Goddess had other plans and in 12 weeks' time, Amelia finds out she is pregnant with child. When she speaks with David to tell him the news, David doesn't want anything to do with the child and tells Amelia that he has a mate named Clarrise, and is going to wed her very soon. He wanted her to get rid of the child and never speak to him again. Amelia wasn't too heartbroken, it was more of a disappointment in herself for allowing him to get into her head and to use her body for his own enjoyment. Because after the encounter they had between the two, it left her agitated at the fact that his pathetic bedroom performance and a baby were all he left her. At least for the child, he or she will be loved and have a great support system surrounding them. David had been, and will always be, a dirtbag. Lia realized that she didn't need him to show this child how to be properly loved and cared for. And thought it would best to just leave him alone. When it was time to tell her family, they were accepting of the situation, even though it was frowned upon when it came to mixing bloodlines. Especially between a wolf and a sorceress, which is funny because when it comes to vampires and sorceresses it is perfectly fine, still a taboo, but not much as a protest to the notion between the two. Now what is a REALLY BIG NO-NO, is wolf and vampire bloodlines mixing, and the basic explanation for that situation is that it has to do with their hunger control. Some, not all of them, but it is enough to where it's pretty much outlawed because of the risk of creating a child that can't control their hunger. Roland was a bit shocked that Amelia let David break her down to engage between the two, but was super pissed at how David handled the situation afterward. He wasn't surprised; David was a complete douchelord. Over time, he started distancing himself as his friend. Even after the war had ended, Roland realized that their friendship was running its course. And would make excesses such as "pack business" to keep him from seeing David. He despised his wife, and the way he treated his pack was borderline disrespectful. He understood Lia's point of view on not pressing the issue of David taking on his responsibilities for the baby's sake. And offered to help in any way that he could to assist with the upbringing of the child, Roland was always a noble and excellent friend to have. Always there when you need him.
