AMELIA’S POV For some strange reason, Jasper hadn't come to see me for the past couple of days and I was now regretting being prideful and not calling him. I was upset by the way he had acted when we were at his place for dinner and I was offended by his attempt to gaslight me into thinking that I was imagining things. I knew how his sister made me feel and it was nothing close to being welcomed with open arms at his mansion. However, I must say that she had played her game well because Jasper bought right into it.
