AMELIA'S POV
I was a little scared when I saw a dark figure enter my room, I thought maybe the intruder had returned to finish what he had started. I thought maybe he was back because he had realized that he had made a mistake by leaving me alive. For a minute there I stopped moving around and stopped screaming so that he could see that I had been on my best behavior but it was the shoe that showed me that it wasn’t the same man that had been there before. I wondered if this was the one who was meant to kill me but when he ran his fingers through his hair I knew immediately that it was Jasper. I tried screaming through the duct tape that was on my mouth and although I felt like he couldn't hear me, he turned around and ran to my side. I was so relieved that he had come for me, maybe this
